Chapter 10-drama queen

The next few days were rough. Rocky and Reena were both tangled within their respectable works. However the air between them two was filled with a thick, unknown tension that they could both feel. 

Rocky and Reena, now aware of each others feeling were dealing with their own clouds of guilt. Their usual flirty banter had transformed into plain, dull conversations that held no life. 

Reena was busy drinking her afternoon tea whilst talking with Fatima ma in the garden. The kids were also playing in the distance and Reena was so caught up in the conversation that she barely acknowledged Rocky's presence until the group of children all cheered when he arrived. 

Reena looked up, the two of them holding an eye lock that wasn't hidden away from anyone else. Everyone witnessed the emotions that poured out of their eyes even though neither of them exchanged a word. 

Reena was the first to break the eye contact, her face void of any emotion as turned to Fatima ma, trying to resume their conversation. However Fatima ma just stared at the two of them in shock, her eyes darting between Rocky and Reena.

"Nim'mibbaralli enu tappagide, ive noticed the last few days your both so dull" Fatima ma was the first to break the awkward silence and Reena sighed, looking at her lap.

(What happened between you two)

"Its nothing ma, you dont worry" Reena said with a small smile, trying to mask the truth but Fatima ma just scoffed. 

"You tell me Rocky, this isn't like either of you. Your both so happy and cheerful all the time. Then suddenly your both so upset. What are we all suppose to think?" she asked and Rocky just looked at Reena who refused to meet his eyes.

"I'm ready for a proper conversation. But it looks like we have a nataka rani on our hands. Now its up to you what you do with her" Rocky said plainly and began descending up the staircase but was stopped by Reena's voice that cut through the air like a blade.

(Drama queen)

"Who are you calling a drama queen. Hello mister, the only drama queen here is you okay. I'm perfectly alright okay murkha" Reena snickered and that familiar smirk arise on Rocky's face. everyone was glad that they got the kill lady back.

(Idiot)

"Whatever you say Chinna" Rocky finished glancing over his shoulder at Reena and shot her a playful look walking up and leaving everyone to be. Reena smiled to herself as she watched him leave and sat back down, but frowned when everyone was cheekily smiling at her. 

"What is wrong with you all now. Why are you smiling with all your teeth?" Reena asked confused when all together they said.

"You like him dont you?" they all said and Reena's face flushed red. They all laughed as she scoffed, trying to deny the allegations.

"We all saw the way you smiled when he teased you, you cant fool us" Fatima ma said, pinching her cheek and she frowned quickly running off to be free from all the constant teasing.

CBI branch Bangalore

"Sir we have a new piece of information" Ramesh said rushing inside. Everyone's eyes darted up at him as he moved to the white board where all there evidence was.

"According to my sources, some of the partners have been meeting in secret. And there was mentions of Adheera in the conversation. I have a suspicion that they may bring Adheera to take over KGF" Ramesh said and everyone's eyes widened in shock.

"But isn't Adheera meant to be dead?" Vaishnavi asked confused.

"Yes but there was no concrete evidence towards his death. There is still a possibility he is alive" Ramesh finished and everyone was busy trying to figure out what to do. In this time, Parvati quietly snuck out to call her best friend.

"Reena oru bad news. Partners ellarum Rocky ku edhira plan podrange. Athum Adheera innum uriyoda thaan irukkrar endru nenaikranga. Enkalukum ennai panrathu theriyaathu" Parvati warned Reena who fisted her palms in anger. She hung up the phone and quickly called her father.

(Reena i have some bad news. The partners are all planning against Rocky. Not only that but they think Adheera is still alive. We dont know what to do)

"Dad i have no time to explain right now but you immediately need to get to KGF" Reena hushed on the phone to her dad who was confused.

"Why Reena, what is happening why are you so tense?" he asked confused and Reena ran a hand through her hair.

"Dad ill explain it all here, but get here are quick as possible. I have a feeling something bad is about to happen" Reena said and her dad agreed to get there as soon as possible. 

She rushed out and to Rocky's room but it was empty. She cursed and ran out to the guards who were patrolling the mansion.

"Where is Rocky?" she asked breathless.

"He just finished overseeing the new guards at check post one and is at the mines now" the guard said and Reena ran a tense hand over her face.

"Shit, think Reena think" she whispered to herself and she saw the group of children who waved at her. She quickly beckoned them all over and they all formed a circle around her.

"Hey do all want to play a game?" she asked and they all enthusiastically nodded.

"Okay so this game is like hide and seek but a little different. I'm going to hide but only Rocky bhai can find me. If you want to give him a clue, tell him that Bhabhi has gone to meet the snake and to find me he shall bring a crowd by the secret pathway" She said and they all frowned, unable to understand her cryptic message. 

Nonetheless they agreed to tell him. Reena ran up, grabbing her gun from her secret drawer and got inside a car zooming away. 

Rajendra arrived to KGF not so long after and was confused when his daughter was no where in sight. It was unlike Reena to be so overly panicked about something so he was shocked by the state of her on the phone today. 

Whatever it was, he knew it was big. He walked up to her room where he found a note addressed to him on her table. 

Rocky arrived from the mines and smiled to see all the kids eagerly waiting for him by the staircase.

"What's up Kiddo's" he asked ruffling their hair.

"Rocky Bhai, Bhabhi is hiding and only you can find her" one of the kids said and he furrowed his brows playfully.

"Hiding i see, she's getting more playful by the day. Do any of you guys know where Bhabhi is?" He asked and they all shook there heads.

"If you want a clue she said that she has gone to see the snake and if you want to catch her..um i forgot the rest" the kids said but another little boy interrupted.

"She said to come to the secret pathway with a crowd" the kid said and Rocky scratched his head at her oddly cryptic message.

He knew that this wasn't a game and that maybe Reena was in some sort of danger. The secret pathway, the hidden road to KGF. 

The snake, who did she mean by the snake was what Rocky was confused by. Rajendra ran outside to catch Rocky about to get into his car when he stopped, locking eyes with Desai.

"What are you doing here?" Rocky asked confused and Rajendra just handed him the note. Rocky skimmed the note that had only one word written in bold.
