The streams of sunlight poured into Reena's room as she tossed and turned, finally waking up. Her hair was a mess on her head, the sheets nearly tossed at the corner of the bed.
She lazily rubbed her eyes, yawing when she felt a striking pain in her head. The events of last night was a blur to Reena but all she remembered was storming back into the palace and stealing a crate of beer bottles from the storage room.
She glanced to the side to see someone left a glass of lemon water and a few slices of toast, to help with her hangover.
She assumed it was probably from Rocky and rolled out of bed, plopping to the bathroom. She did her business and had a slice of toast whilst she clutched her head in pain. Rocky strolled in, aspirin in hand as he offered Reena a small smile, who groaned, laying back in bed.
Rocky stifled a laugh and walked over, extending his hand that contained the pill. "Here have some aspirin it may help with the hangover" he offered and she momentarily opened her eyes, giving him a blank stare as she took the pill, swallowing it. She stood up, holding her head as she whined.
"What the hell even happened last night?" she said and he smirked, a cheeky idea popping into his head. Rocky walked closer and she took a step back, clutching the side table.
"You dont remember what happened last night?" he asked, sincerely and she shook her head, an innocent expression on her face.
"You really dont remember what happened?" he asked again and she scoffed.
"Asking again and again isn't going to make me remember- Can you just tell me?" Reena asked annoyed and he finally nodded, moving closer until she was backed up against the wall, caged between his arms.
"Oh, nothing much. I don't know, pouring your heart out to someone. Saying things you've been keeping bottled up."
Reena frowned, confused. "What are you talking about?"
Rocky's voice dropped a pitch as he leaned closer, bringing his face close to her ear. The proximity made her shiver as she held her breath. "You know, things like, 'Oh, Rocky, you're the most amazing guy in the world. How could I not be in love with you?'"
Reena's eyes widened as she choked on the air. "What?! I never said that!"
Rocky mocking shock, moved back placing a hand on his chest. "You don't remember? Wow, tragic. It was a beautiful moment. the best moment of my life"
Reena blushed, lightly pushing him away but he didn't budge. "No, no, no, you're messing with me. That didn't happen."
"Sure it did. Last night. You, me, and one too many beers. Ninu nannannu istu pritisuttiya endu nanage gottiralilla" he teased, a playful smirk tugging at his lips.
(I didn't know you loved me this much)
Reena covered her face, trying her best to hide her blushy face but Rocky already saw. "Oh my God. I didn't, did I?"
Rocky had a satisfied grin on his face as he gently moved Reena's hands from her face. "Maybe, maybe not. Guess you'll never know. Unless you're ready to say it again sober."
Reena glared but her cheeks reddened. "You're the worst, you know that?"
Rocky laughed, tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear. "Yeah, but you love me. Apparently."
Reena groaned, pushing Rocky away. "I really hate you, now get out."
"Keep telling yourself that, Chinna." he chimed walking out.
