Dealing With Acne and Having Healthy Skin
<>•<>
1.| Wash Your Face
Wash your face twice a day, in the morning and at night. Use an acne treatment product and if you have severe acne, use a strong rapid acne product. You can buy products at Target, Walmart, Walgreens or if you have a prescription acne treatment product.2.| Change Pillowcase
Chang your pillowcase every week and put a clean one on. Washing your pillowcase will get rid of dirt and oils that your hair and face give out during the night. Change it every night if you have severe acne.3.| Braid
Putting your hair in a braid for both say and night can reduce the chance of getting more acne on your back, chest and face. Do any simple hairstyle to keep your hair away from your face.4.| No Makeup
Don't put any makeup on like concealers or coverup since they are more likely to make your acne worse from the oils they hold. Stay away from coverup for a few weeks or even a couple months. Only apply it if it's a special occasion.5.| Acne Spot Treatment
You can buy a spot treatment at the stores that I have listed up there. Have a dab on your finger and rub it in on each pimple you have, making it even. I used my special one that I got from Target and it works wonders.6.| No Face Touching
Don't touch your face. The oils that are on your hands will transfer to your face when you touch your skin.7.| Drink Water
Staying hydrated will keep your skin healthy looking and have a natural glow to it.8.| Lotion
Take your favorite lotion and moisturize your arms, hands, and maybe your legs. Soft in just an hour!✿ ❀ ✿
If there are any other tips for healthier skin, let me know and of course and I will always give you a shoutout!
