▸ Being hydrated is the most important thing to do for your body. You can tell when you're hydrated when your hair feels dry and strangely and feels dead, also when your eyes start turning yellow.

- Add flavor to your water

- Carry around a water bottle and drink whenever you see it

- Put a new flavor packet in your water every other week to keep things interesting

- Gatorade

- Cut out sugary drinks like sodas, it actually causes you to be dehydrated even more
