▸ Hey, it's Starbucks so might as well write it. It's not that fall related but it has Carmel in it and if that doesn't explain fall, then I don't know what does.

Ingredients
• 1 cup of ice cubes
• 2 shot of cooled espresso (or 1/3 cup of strongly brewed brewed coffee, cooled)
• 1/2 cup of cold milk
• 1 tablespoon of sauce
• 3 tablespoons of Carmel syrup
• Xanthan gum (optional)

When Serving
Whipped cream on top, Carmel sauce drizzled

Directions

1.| In a blender, add 1 cup of large ice cubes and 2 shots of espresso (or the strongly brewed and cooled coffee)

2.| When blending this, use the mild mode so it doesn't get out of control.

3.| Then add the 1/2 cup of milk, 1 tablespoon of Carmel sauce and 3 tablespoons of Carmel syrup.

4.| Pinch in some of the Xanthan gum which is optional, but it makes the drink thicker

5.| Pulse and blend everything together until the desired texture is finished

6.| For the finishing touch, foam up some whipped cream, Carmel/chocolate drizzle over the cream and a fancy cup.

7.| Enjoy!

Thank you for reading! I know it's kinda short but whatever. You have to admit I'm doing pretty well keeping up on updates. In speaking of updates, next week on October 15 and 16 I won't be able to update since we have a four day weekend and I need to catch up on work, so..
