▸ So it may not be fresh but it certainly is healthy in many ways. You can serve this dip at parties and gatherings. Hope you enjoy!

Ingredients
1 can of beans
• 4 tomatoes
• 1 can of corn
• 1 bunch of cilantro
• 1 lime (you can buy a little container of lime juice at the store)
• 2 TBSP of Apple Cider Vinegar
• 4 TBSP Oil (Canola oil)
• Large bowl

Instructions

1.| Squirt the lime juice into the bowl, adding the oil and vinegar.

2.| Open the can of beans, drain out the bean sludge then rinse and toss it into the bowl with the liquids.

3.| Repeat step 2 for the corn.

4.| Start cutting up your tomatoes, dicing and placing them into the bowl.

5.| Start ripping the cilantro leaves off the stems. Do about half of the bunch, unless it's a very small bunch of cilantro then do the whole thing.

6.| Stir it up and serve with tortilla chips!

7.| If you wish, you can add diced mangos and avocados to the salsa.
