Fruits and vegetables! So good for you! Go eat 'em if you must, not only does it help you with those things I listed, but also good for diets, healthier body (hair, skin, fitter, ect.) and gives you way more energy than those blue chemical filled energizers. Funny cause I used a football for the kiwi, but it sorta looks like the outside of a kiwi, doesn't it?
