Breakfast~ Cinnamon Roll Pancakes

▸ Since I haven't done a breakfast chapter for quite some time, here's another one! Should I also include lunches/dinners/desserts/snacks?
The Pancake
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
1 tablespoon of canola oil
1 large egg, lightly beatenYou can also use a boxed pancake mix.
Cinnamon Filling
1/2 cup butter, melted
3/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamonCream Cheese Glaze
4 tablespoons of butter
2 ounces cream cheese
1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extractInstructions
1.| Prepare 'Cinnamon Filling' first. In a medium bowl, mix butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Scoop the filling into a small zip block bag and set aside, leaving it for 20 minutes to rest and become heavy. (You want it heavy, not slushie)
2.| Prepare 'Pancake Batter' next. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk in milk, oil and egg until batter is fully stirred.
If using a packaged mix, do the steps noted in the box.
3.| Prepare 'Cream Cheese Glaze' in a microwaveable bowl/glass. Heat the butter and cream cheese until melted. Whisk together until smooth, adding in powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Set off to the side.
4.| Heat a large skillet over medium-low heat. Spray non-stick cooking spray into the pan. Take about 1/2 cup of the pancake batter and pour into skillet. Snip the corner of your cinnamon filling bag and make a spiral on top of the pancake.
5.| Once it starts bubbling, flip the pancake carefully and cook it for about two more minutes or until a light brown color. After making your pancake, wrap it in tin foil and place in oven, to keep warm while you're making the other pancakes.
6.| When you're ready to serve, decorate your pancakes with the cream cheese glaze and enjoy!
