Question: :( today someone asked if I had a boyfriend and before I could answer, some other girl interjected and said, "Oh, SHE doesn't have a boyfriend! If she had a boyfriend and I don't, then id really be failing at life." Any advice on standing up for myself pls?
So i am goign to write the first thing that popped into my head when i read what that girl said.
"OH MY GOD THAT BITCH!!"
First off, she's rude and someone needs to teach her a lesson in respect. Secondly you are fabulous and beautiful and incredibly rad and you don't need a boyfriend to be happy. And you also don't need a bitch like that sassing her way along thinking she owns the fucking place.
Like there is a reason she doesn't have a boyfriend.....she's fucking rude. (to the boyfriend of that rude girl if she has one. I'm sorry for you.)
Now on the standing up for yourself there is numerous things you could do. The mature thing to do is turn the other cheek but sometimes you got to look them straight in the eye and just tell them off.
Sometimes a nice comeback will kick their ass. Pull out a Sandra Bullock sass from the blind side and boom you are good. But seriously standing up for yourself has everything to do with believing in yourself and being confident. Believe that you are a beautiful person and that you don't need a boyfriend or a girlfriend to be happy with who you are and it honestly doesn't matter what the fuck people think about you. People will judge and people will try to bring you down but you gotta push back and say look im me and im proud of who i am. You got to be assertive and really hold yourself with confidence and have that "Dont give me your bullshit:" kind of aura when a person tries to bring you down.
Just stay calm and collected, attacking the girl or slapping her doesn't do good. Just stand your ground, stay calm and teach her a lesson in respect.
Don't give up! Stay positive! Stay beautiful! Stay strong! And keep doing you hun!
