Question: Hi, I read your book on Wattpad and firstly I'd just like to say I love it! It has great advice and is super fun to read! Anyways, I have a question. I'm trying to recover from an eating disorder, and I have tried to get help from others, but I never manage to stay on track with it. Any advice?

I have dealt with an eating disorder before, I was an anorexic. Truthfully therapy and rehab is the only way to get better, i mean there are other ways but if you started out by trying yourself and getting others to help and it didn't work, therapy is probably the best way to go for you. I mean going to your friends and having their support is one of the best things you can do, support is definently what you need on the road to recovery.

I found some links that maybe able to help you in your recovery process. I just want to say you are so strong and beautiful and i'm so proud of you for deciding on recovery. You are worth it! Keep fighting!! I know you can overcome this eating disorder<3

I think these links will be able to help you but i encourage you to see a therapist, I went to rehab for my eating disorder and it changed my life for the better. I am two years ED free and I am so much happier. Stay Strong!

YOU CAN DO THIS!!:) I BELIEVE IN YOU!

On the side i found this video by colbie calliat that i think has a really good message. There are tons of songs that deal with recovery! Like Skyscraper by Demi Lovato, Perfect by Pink, Who you are by Jessie J, etc.

Have a wonderful day bitches xoxo
