Hello my wonderful bitches,
It has been quite sometime since I have published a chapter in this book. I am so blessed and I am so thankful to have the honor to speak with you guys, to give you advice and to have made friendships and I hope to make many more.
Today I was thinking and I was just looking at this beautiful earth that I live on. The grass, the skies, the trees, the very air I breathe is beautiful. Everything is so complex and is made up of so many different elements everything so unique and imperative to nature and how the world functions. I looked out on the horizon and was in awe of the beauty of the sky, the wind, the colors that form at certain times of day. What a miracle this earth is. And it got me thinking that humans are very much the same as this beautiful earth. We are all so complex and unique and imperative. We all have a meaning,
We all have a purpose though that purpose may elude us. But just like the sun rises in the morning and falls in the evening, so do we. We wake and we live. We breathe the very air that the beauty's of nature. We Marvel over the earths beauty and admire the earths creations and yet we demean our own beauty and label ourselves worthless. A living breathing organism with emotions that are complex, personality so diverse, character different from that of their neighbor, their interests unique and their bodies made up of so many elements formulated by equations of heart beats and thoughts that is diversified to that human being yet we label ourselves such cruel phrases. But how can something made of complexity and passion be worthless? It cannot. You're so beautifully unique that you were given a separate body to house this Diverse spirit of yours. One that is full of passion and love. A kaleidoscope of emotions raging through every pore of your body. Your thoughts are unique to you. Your loves unique to you. Nobody's heart beats the same as yours. Nobody's fingerprint leaves the same mark as yours. Don't you see? Don't you see your individuality?

(Although this seems random I felt the need to post this, tonight)
You are all so amazing and wonderful and I love each and everyone of you. I am sending virtual hugs and cuddles to all of you. I know there are some who are feeling lonely and worthless. I know there are some who are reading this through tears. I know there are some who are reading this with a broken heart. I know there are some who are reading this and dreaming of a better tomorrow. I know there are some who are reading this with their demons on their shoulders. I know their are some who are reading this who feel just...
Hold on strong. Whatever you are going through. Stay strong. Have courage. You are beautiful. You are worthy. You are unique. You are loved. You are going to be okay.

I have a challenge for you. In the comments take one of your insecurities and slip it into this sentence.
"My ____ is/are beautiful."
You can even list a few. Repeat this to yourself and remind yourself that you are beautiful, flaws and all.

I love you.
