Question: Hi I recently came out to my parents about being pansexual, which was difficult. Since my parents are Christian, my mom said she wanted me to marry a man, but what If I really find someone I love who is a woman? What then? I'm scared they'll disown me if I date a woman
I feel like this question is a if we encounter this, we will deal with it then.

I was scared that my parents would disown me but they didn't and they didn't disown you now that they know. Your mom may want you to marry a man but thats what she wants, not necessarily what you want.
Love is love. I mean we can't help who we fall for. You are not your parents. They have dreams and aspirations for you but you are your own person. You have your own wants and dreams and they want the best for you. I think she will eventually come to terms with it, ya know. My mom and dad wanted me to marry a woman but honestly, it took time but they realized that wont happen.
If they do disown you, it is there loss because you are an amazing person.
If your parents disown you, then its something that happened. Its sad and its horrid but they will still love you. Its sometimes really hard for parents to come to terms with. Hopefully it will never get to the point of disowning, hopefully they will accept it over time:D
