Question: My parents are currently going through a bit of a conflict, and my 9 year-old sister is scared. How can I comfort her?

So I am finally answering this...and it was asked over a month ago:/ Sorry about that. So I got a few questions regarding parents and conflicts so I will answer that while answering this question.

To first answer this question. Just be there for her, comfort her and tell her it's going to be okay. If it get's worse (or has gotten worse) just ask her how she feels and let her talk out her feelings.

To answer the question of dealing with parents fighitng, parent's divorcing, etc.

It is hard to deal with these circumstances. Just know you are not alone and that there are tons of people who have gone through this and are children of divorced parents and fighting parents. Just know it isn't your fault.

Some ideas to deal with parents fighting is to:

1) Talk with a counselor.

2) Write down your feelings in a journal.

3) Listen to music.

4) Find something to do that is safe and healthy that will get your mind off of your parents fighting.

Dealing with parents divorcing:

1) know it isn't your fault.

2) talk to a counselor.

3) find a support group (friends, other family members, teacher, etc.)

4) know it's okay to be worried. Know that it's going to be okay❤️

Have a wonderful day bitches xoxo

Ps: I'm on my mobile and thus my ending line isn't bolded.

I have a challenge for all of you lovely bitches.

Lately I have read this "faith in humanity restored" thing that was sent to me by a fan.

And it's inspired me and I hope it inspires you.

Do something kind for another. Not for a reward, do it because you know it will help out a person out.

A person trips in the hall, help them up:)

A small act of kindness can go a long way.
