With their release from Light-Rock, the three witches found themselves with a rare gift—time. A full week stretched ahead of them before they would be allowed to resume their studies at Cloud Tower. The realisation brought a mix of emotions: excitement, uncertainty, and a hint of nervousness.

Scarlett, Electra, and Tasma stood just outside the monastery, the bright sun warming their faces. The world beyond Light-Rock felt vast and unfamiliar, yet full of possibilities.

"So, what do we do now?" Electra asked, glancing around as if seeing the world for the first time.

Tasma smirked, her usual fire returning. "Anything but meditation or affirmations, that's for sure."

Scarlett chuckled softly, her eyes scanning the horizon. "We have a whole week to explore, rest, and get used to being outside again. It's a chance to reconnect with ourselves before we dive back into our studies."

"I know. We should do something fun," Scarlett suggested, her tone lightening. "Maybe visit Magix; see what's changed. It's been a while since we've been out in the world."

"Fun?" Electra echoed, her voice tinged with confusion as Scarlett took both her and Tasma's hands and began to walk. Electra glanced at Tasma, who just shrugged and sighed, accepting Scarlett's sudden burst of enthusiasm.

"We should get ice cream," Scarlett giggled, her excitement evident. "It's been so hot lately—it'll be a perfect treat!"

"Oh, goodie," the two witches echoed, their voices devoid of enthusiasm as they allowed Scarlett to lead them down the path to Magix.

"Yah, ice cream date with the girls—nothing can ever beat this!" Crystal said with a wide grin, her voice full of excitement.

The fairies entered a popular ice cream parlour in Magix, a favourite spot among students to unwind after a long day of classes. The cosy shop buzzed with chatter, and the scent of freshly made waffle cones filled the air, adding to the welcoming atmosphere.

Danielle was the first to spot the display of flavours, her eyes lighting up. "This place is exactly what we need. I'm going for the chocolate fudge sundae—extra whipped cream."

Luna chuckled as she scanned the menu. "I'm thinking something with sprinkles. Lots of sprinkles."

As they all debated their choices, Crystal, always the bold one, announced, "I'm getting the biggest scoop they have! We deserve it after today."

They laughed and placed their orders, each picking out something that felt like a reward after the day's challenges. Finding a table by the window, they settled in with their ice creams, the day's stress melting away with each bite.

Lithia took a spoonful of her strawberry swirl and sighed contentedly. "I was really craving ice cream."

Carissa nodded, leaning back in her chair. "Yeah, I wasn't before, but now I can't imagine not having it."

The fairies continued enjoying their ice cream and the parlour's cosy atmosphere, making it a perfect end to a busy day. Just then, the door swung open, and in walked Scarlett, Electra, and Tasma. Their arrival instantly drew attention; the room seemed to be tense as the trio made their entrance.

Tasma glanced around with a look of disdain. "I, for one, don't like cold treats like ice cream," she said, rolling her eyes.

Scarlett, however, beamed at the suggestion. "Ice cream is sweeter with friends!" she giggled, trying to inject some positivity into the moment. "Now, let's go order one."
