The morning sun bathed the front courtyard of Alphea in a warm, golden light as the hover bikes of the specialists arrived. Their sleek designs and humming engines caught the attention of students and faculty alike.

Luna spotted Daniel among the group and immediately rushed toward him. "Daniel, I missed you!" she exclaimed, wrapping her arms around him. Her eyes sparkled with happiness.

Daniel embraced her warmly, his smile soft and genuine. "I missed you more, my star," he replied, holding her close and pressing a tender kiss to her forehead.

Nearby, Artemisia's face lit up as she saw Throne. She walked over, her steps light with excitement. "Throne, it's wonderful to see you," she said, pulling him into a warm hug.

Throne returned the hug, his eyes reflecting his fondness. "You too, Artemisia. I've been looking forward to this."

Carissa greeted Darian with an affectionate hug, her face bright with joy. "Darian! It's great to see you," she said, her voice filled with genuine warmth.

Darian grinned, his eyes crinkling with happiness. "I missed you too."

Lithia's heart fluttered as she saw Evander approaching. She greeted him and smiles. "Evander," she said, reaching out for a hug.

Evander wrapped her in a comforting embrace. "I am excited to see you."

Danielle, her heart a mix of hope and anxiety, approached Alistair. He gently took her hands in his, his gaze steady and reassuring. "Danielle, everything will be okay. I'm here for you," he said softly.

Danielle's smile was filled with gratitude. "Thank you, Alistair. Your support means everything to me."

Crystal and Caspian exchanged a more casual greeting, Crystal maintaining her usual cool demeanor. "Hey, Caspian," she said, nodding slightly.

Caspian responded with a relaxed but genuine smile. "Hey, Crystal. Nice to see you."

As the group prepared to set off for the Pixie village, the specialists and their partners mounted their hoverbikes and zoomed off into the forest, ready for the journey ahead.

The journey through the forest was a blur of green and sunlight, with the occasional glimpse of magical creatures darting among the trees. The hover bikes hummed steadily, cutting through the air as they travelled deeper into the woods.

Danielle is behind Alistair, feeling a mixture of comfort and nervous anticipation. "Do you think the Pixies will have a solution?" she asked, her voice carrying a hint of worry.

Alistair glanced over at her, his expression thoughtful. "I'm sure they'll have some answers."

As they approached the Pixie village, the trees parted to reveal a stunning landscape. Tiny, shimmering houses nestled among the flowers and trees, and delicate pixies flitted about, their wings sparkling in the sunlight.

The group dismounted their hoverbikes and approached the Pixie village. As they drew closer, the pixies, sensing their arrival, gathered around, their tiny faces showing a mix of curiosity and concern.

The leader of the Pixies was a striking figure. Her hair, resembling a flower bulb, was a vibrant green, held in place by a golden crown adorned with a central lilac oval gem and white details at the sides. She wore green gloves and a lilac gem set in the centre of her chest, complemented by a light-yellow crest on the front of her lilac gown. The dress featured short gold sleeves and a gold tunic underneath. In her left hand, she held a gold sceptre topped with a round lilac gem.

"Welcome, travellers," she said in a melodious voice. "I am Ninfea, Queen of the Pixies. How may we assist you?"

Danielle stepped forward, her heart pounding with a mix of hope and anxiety. "We need your help. Is there a way to control or manage soul-travelling? I've been experiencing it a lot, and it's becoming dangerous."

Ninfea's eyes narrowed slightly with concern as she listened to Danielle's request. She waved her sceptre, and a soft, shimmering light enveloped the area around her. "Soul-travelling is delicate and powerful. It's rare and can be perilous if not managed properly. The fact that you're experiencing it so frequently suggests something is disrupting the balance in your realm."

She glanced at the others, her gaze thoughtful. "To assist you, we must first understand what's causing these disturbances. I will need to perform a diagnostic ritual to determine the source of the problem."

She turned to her fellow Pixies, issuing a series of quick, animated instructions. The pixies flitted off in different directions, collecting various magical artefacts and ingredients from around the village.

Danielle took a deep breath, seeking reassurance from her friends. Alistair moved closer, placing a comforting hand on her shoulder. "We're here with you every step of the way," he said softly.

Ninfea soon returned with an assortment of shimmering crystals, an ancient scroll, and a glowing vial of liquid. She carefully arranged them on a flat stone altar in the centre of the village square.

"Please dear," Ninfea said gently, "sit here and stay calm. I'll perform the ritual to uncover what's affecting your soul-travelling."

Danielle nodded and took her place on the stone altar, her friends standing close by, their faces marked by concern and hope.

As Ninfea began to chant in an ancient, melodic language, the air around them shimmered with magic. The glowing crystals and vial floated into the air, swirling in a mesmerising dance. A soft, ethereal light bathed the scene, casting a calming glow over everyone present.

Danielle closed her eyes, striving to clear her mind and focus on the ritual. The pixies watched in quiet anticipation. For a moment, the only sound was the rhythmic chanting of Ninfea.

After several minutes, Ninfea's chant came to an end, and the floating objects gently settled back onto the altar. The Pixie Queen approached Danielle, her face etched with concentration.

"There's a powerful force at work here," Ninfea said, her voice heavy with concern. "Something is disrupting the balance of your soul. It's dark magic, intent on manipulation and control."

Danielle's heart sank, but she remained firm. "What can we do to stop it?"

Ninfea placed a reassuring hand on Danielle's shoulder. "I can't yet determine the exact solution, but I'll give you a protective charm to safeguard your soul."

She handed Danielle a small, intricately carved amulet, glowing with a soft, soothing light. "Keep this with you at all times. It will assist with your soul-travelling and shield you from the evil forces trying to influence you."

Danielle accepted the amulet with gratitude and immediately put it on. "Thank you, Nina," she said, feeling the protective charm's warmth against her skin.

Suddenly, a voice filled the air, dripping with sarcasm. "What a cute coincidence," it said. Danielle and her friends looked up to see the witches—Scarlett, Electra, and Tasma—floating menacingly above them.
