-----------------"please, minnie," your voice was sweet yet insistent, your big doe eyes locked on seungmin with determination.
you were looking up at seungmin like a puppy begging for a treat. your lower lip jutted out in a pout that could probably melt steel.
"no." seungmin said firmly, his arms crossed in front of his chest, narrowing his sharp eyes at you.
"seungminnnnn," you whined again, dragging out the syllable as if sheer persistence would break seungmin's defences. you shuffled closer, your pout growing. "it's just for a little while! I promise! you'll look so cute!"
"I don't want to look cute," seungmin deadpanned, but his facade was already cracking. you were pouting even more now, your cheeks puffing out slightly, and seungmin could feel his resolve slipping like sand through his fingers.
"pretty please? for me?" you pleaded, stepping closer.
seungmin exhaled sharply through his nose and averted his gaze. his tough exterior always had one fatal flaw: you. that pout, those eyes, and your insistent sweetness could convince seungmin to do just about anything. he finally caved, grumbling, "fine. just this once."
a squeal of delight escaped you as you practically bounced in place. "yay! minnie, you're the best!"
seungmin muttered something under his breath about regretting this already, but you were too busy cheering to notice.

twenty minutes later, seungmin was trudging down the street with a distinct air of displeasure. the pink bow remained clipped in his hair, a stark contrast to his grumpy expression.
beside him, you were practically skipping, your hand securely wrapped around seungmin's. a white bow bounced cheerfully in your own hair, matching your exuberant mood.
"I look ridiculous," seungmin countered, scowling, mumbling under his nose.
"you look adorable," you corrected with a grin, turning to smile sweetly at seungmin.
seungmin groaned but couldn't stop the faint smile that tugged at his lips. "if anyone sees me like this..."
"they'll be jealous because you're dating the sweetest and most fashionable person ever," you said smugly, sticking out your tongue.
seungmin rolled his eyes, but the corners of his mouth twitched upward. despite his grumbling, your joy was infectious.

when you two arrived at the café, you pushed the door open with your free hand and bounded inside, dragging seungmin along with you. your friends were already gathered at a large table near the window."hey, guys!" you greeted, your voice as bright as your smile. you waved enthusiastically, your white bow bouncing with the motion.
the others looked up, their gazes shifting from your cheerful face to seungmin's decidedly unamused expression - and the pink bow perched in his hair.
for a moment, there was silence. then, the laughter started.
"oh my god, seungmin-hyung," jeongin wheezed, clutching his stomach. "what is that?"
"you look so precious!" felix chimed in, his deep voice tinged with mirth.
seungmin rolled his eyes, clearly unamused. "laugh it up," he muttered under his breath.
"don't laugh!" you interjected, stepping in front of seungmin as if to shield him from their teasing. you crossed your arms and pouted. "he looks cute! right, minnie?" you turned to seungmin with wide, hopeful eyes.
seungmin sighed, his stern expression softening just a fraction as he looked at you. "sure, whatever you say."
"see?" you declared, turning back to the others. "he's cute, and he wore the bow because he loves me. so stop laughing!"
the other boys exchanged amused glances but eventually relented, their laughter dying down to chuckles. chan shook his head with a fond smile. "you two are something else."
...
as the group settled down, you tugged seungmin over to the table, practically bouncing with happiness.seungmin slid into a chair next to you, still grumbling under his breath about never agreeing to anything ever again.
"you're not mad, are you, minnie?" you asked softly, leaning closer to seungmin.
seungmin looked at you, his annoyance fading as he took in your earnest expression. "no, I'm not mad," he admitted, reaching out to ruffle your hair. "how could I be when you're this happy?"
your face lit up, and you leaned in to press a quick kiss to seungmin's cheek. "you're the best, minnie!"
seungmin rolled his eyes but couldn't hide the small smile that crept onto his face. he slipped an arm around your shoulders, pulling you close.
as the conversation at the table continued, seungmin found himself relaxing. the teasing had subsided, and now the group was caught up in their usual banter. you, as always, was the life of the party, your laughter ringing out like music.
every so often, you would glance at seungmin, your eyes sparkling with affection. seungmin, in turn, would give you a small, almost imperceptible smile - a silent acknowledgement of the unspoken bond between the two of you.
when it was time to leave, you tugged seungmin toward the door, still holding his hand.
"minnie," you said softly as you stepped outside, "thank you for today. you didn't have to wear the bow, but you did. it means a lot to me."
seungmin stopped walking and turned to face you. he reached up to gently touch the white bow in your hair, his fingers brushing against the soft strands. "I'd do anything to make you happy, you know that."
your cheeks flushed, and you threw your arms around seungmin, hugging him tightly. "I love you, seungmin."
seungmin smiled, pressing a kiss to the top of your head. "I love you too."
as you two continued walking hand in hand, seungmin realized something: no matter how ridiculous the pink bow in his hair might be, it was worth it to see you smile like that.
and maybe, just maybe, he didn't mind looking cute every once in a while - so long as it was for you.
