They looked to where she was pointing and it took a second for Jordan to see what she saw. Then he saw the smoke rising from a fire. He realized that the smoke was coming from the same place that Link first met the old man. It must have been the same fire! But how? After the ghost leaves, the fire gets put out. That had to be made just recently. He squinted as he tried to see the fire itself, but he couldn't.

"That has to be someone, the flame couldn't have just ignited itself!" Olivia told them. They jumped on their paragliders and headed for the source of the smoke. As he got closer, Jordan started to be able to make out five distinct humanoid shapes, and that was when Jordan knew he had found them. He couldn't tell who they were yet, but they were around the fire, but thoroughly spaced out, probably because they didn't have much clothes on.

They landed on the ground at the bottom of the ruined stairway that led up the path. Jordan was still trying to see if he recognized any of the people's faces. The scene got clearer as they got closer. By now one of them had noticed that they had newcomers, and they were all looking at Jordan and trying to figure out who was under the hood. Now Jordan could see their faces, and what he got was a pretty pleasant surprise. When both groups got within a few paces of each other, one of the newbies yelled "Who are you?" in a scared tone. Jordan lowered his hood.

Only three of the new people knew who he was, and they gasped. The other two looked confused.

"Jordan?" his little brother Owen gasped, staring up at him in shock. Jordan held his hand out for the special handshake that he and his brother had created. Owen obliged, and looked at Jordan in disbelief. "So this is where you've been?"

Owen Tollin was Jordan's younger brother. He was 12 years old, but he was really still just an innocent little kid. He was under five feet tall, and was built differently than his brother. While Jordan was tall and skinny, Owen was a lot stockier, and would probably end up a bit shorter than Jordan. He had a white complexion that leaned a little bit towards tan that had been reinforced by living in the tropics for most of his life. He had short spiky hair that was a result of his buzz cut growing out a little bit. He had brown eyes, and dimples when he smiled. If you looked close enough, you could see a thin scar down the middle of his nose that was the result of Jordan scratching him when he was younger. He loved sports and video games, and spent a lot of time playing both.

"It is so good to see you again." Oscar said as they clasped hands and hugged, "The last time we hung out was in Kuala Lumpur, remember?"

Oscar Hope was one of the people Jordan liked the most in his life, though he never got the chance to tell him. Oscar was a lot like him in a lot of ways. He was pretty skinny, and loved working out and finding new experiences. They hung out sometimes and got along really well. They both had little brothers they thought were annoying. They had been ambassadors' kids together in Indonesia. Oscar had wavy brown hair that he never let grow past his ears. The only real difference between him and Jordan besides the physique was the fact that Oscar was Canadian, and Jordan was American. When Jordan had left Indonesia at the end of the school year, Oscar's parents had been sent to Chile for the next school year, and they hadn't seen each other since.

Jordan took the bag off his back and put it on the ground and started pulling out trousers and tunics and handing them out to people. "Don't worry, we brought clothes for everyone."

"Oh thank god! I did not want to walk around like this all day in this place!" Maria burst out, snatching clothes out of his hands and hastily pulling them on. The other woman, who Jordan knew was named Allison, couldn't help but make a noise in agreement.

"So who are you people? Humans?" the last person, a man in his late twenties who wore a pair of square black glasses. Jordan nodded.

"Good guess Matt. You are catching on quickly."
