Jordan stood up and headed around the house down to Bolson who was awake looking a bit disturbed as he sat by the fire. Jordan greeted him and explained what had happened. "There were some thieves that tried to break in, and they scared us pretty badly. That's all."

"Oh! Did you catch the thieves?!" Bolson inquired fearfully.

"No, they got away, but there was a scuffle before they escaped. There are some stains and damages to the houses." he explained. Bolson popped to his feet in an instant.

"What! This is scandalous! I must get up there at once to fix this!"

Jordan was quite surprised at this reaction. He thought Bolson would be disgusted and ask for a higher fee to change the floorboards. Instead the carpenter was mad that his beautiful creation of a house was maimed. Jordan could only chuckle to himself as he guided Bolson up the stairs to the houses so he could repair the damages.

He made sure to show Bolson into the second house first in order to avoid the sad sight of the atmosphere in the first house. He brought him inside and showed him what needed to be fixed. Amazingly, not much had really been damaged. Since the fighters had been mostly focused on each other, only a few things had been touched. The dining table had been smashed when the Blademaster had tried to slice Jordan in half, and the couches were a bit out of place, but other than that, everything was fine. The work bench with the catcher's gear on it hadn't moved an inch.

Bolson inspected the floorboards and checked things out. Once he was done he sighed in relief and turned to Jordan, and told him that it didn't look too bad, and that he could replace the boards and the table by midday, though with a hefty fee of 300 rupees. Jordan knew this was a necessity, and he gladly handed over the money. The older man promised to get to work as soon as the transaction was made and Jordan left him to begin his walk up Hateno Hill to reach the tech lab. He realized there were some light bloodstains on his shirt, so he tried to be discreet as he made his way through the village.

When he knocked on the door, he heard a high pitched "Come in!", so he opened the door and stepped into the Lab. Purah saw him and looked quite surprised.

"Oh! I thought you were Olivia. What have you come up here for?" she asked.

"Well...not great news. Actually, pretty bad news. We, as in, the humans, just got attacked by the Yiga Clan." he said. The girl's jaw dropped to the floor and Symin poked his head into the room to make sure he had heard correctly.

"WHAT!?" Purah shouted in disbelief. Jordan cringed, realizing he probably should have broken the news more gently.

"Whoa slow down there professor. Nobody died or anything. We managed to fight them off," he told them, trying to calm her down, "But they kidnapped two of us before they left."

Both Symin and Purah were staring at him with their mouths open, fearful expressions begging him for more information. Jordan continued.

"Olivia is down at the house taking care of the others." he explained, keeping his voice level as he tried to convey a sense of security, "She won't be coming in today. I just wanted to let you know."

Her eyes blinked rapidly for a moment before she stuttered, "Oh! Of course she won't be coming in! After this?! She can do what she pleases!"

"Thank you very much." Jordan read the look the director gave Symin and tried to calm her, "Please don't worry professor, I don't think you are going to have to worry about the Yiga attacking you. They were only there to get at me because I openly oppose them."

His words didn't seem to do much, and it was evident in the hesitancy of her response. "Well I suppose...but what about the humans they kidnapped?!"

"Well, we know where they were taken, so we are going to try to find a way to get them back. Please don't worry about us." he said, feeling terrible for dropping all of this information on her.
