----------

I opened my eyes, but I still seen black. It felt like I fell into a dark hole and no one was coming to save me. Everything happened so fast that night that I need to collect myself.

I groaned and sat up, touching my heated forehead. I clenched my teeth as I endured the pain from my sudden movement. When I fully opened my eyes, I realized I wasn't at home.

"It must've been one hell of a night" I said to myself.

For some reason, I'm at a hospital. "It couldn't have been that serious" I got off the bed as I took out the IV from my hand and placed a cap on it.

I took a few napkins to wipe off the blood then placed a little piece of gauze over it. I looked out my room and no one was there; no nurses or doctors, only a few patients walking around.

I shut my door and headed to the bathroom. My legs felt sore as I bent down to sit on the toilet seat. It was so much easier to walk. I had on underwear which was weird, and a huge pad. I looked at it in disgust and threw it away after I was done. I went to look for a new pad since I had one on already.

I went back to my bed and decided to relax. My legs and cooch were just really aching and it was driving me crazy. I watched TV for a few, but grew extremely bored, so I called my friend/stylist.

I didn't know where my bag was so I used the hospital phone. She answered on the second call and agreed to come hook me up.

I waited about an hour, but it was worth it. She came in with some cookies and her hair products.

"I just want a bob, like make me cute." That's the first thing I said once she walked in.

She started to laugh "No 'Hey Mo, how's the salon?' No greeting? Just straight to the point"

"Girl, I already know your salon running smoothly. I just want to know why I'm here and ain't no one here to clarify why I'm here"

She looked around "How come you Dont know why you're here? I definitely don't know, I ain't know you were here until you called"

"I have on a pad, and I'm still bleeding. It was just yesterday night. Why am I still here?" I whined.

She walked over to me "Girl, I got you premium hair okay. Since you're doing a bob, in brown. Let's start on you"

She only took about another hour to do my hair, but needed an extra ten minutes before to take out my previous install.

"What time is it?" I asked as I felt on my new hair.

"Ugh" she took her phone from her purse "It just turned eleven. Yup" she nodded.

"At night?" I asked looking out the window "All this time I was thinking the sun was up and shining".

"Girl, really. Maybe you've been here longer than one night. But let's go to Micky D's, I'm starving" she grabbed her purse.

I grabbed an extra gown to hide my backside. We headed to McDonald's and ate there. It didn't take no longer than 45 minutes to eat and chat. We started to walk back towards the hospital and Q was running out the hospital.

"Where you been?!" He asked walking up to us.

I rolled my eyes at him "Why are you here? It shouldn't matter where I've been".
