Yoko's POV:
I slowly walked into the crypt, quietly pushing back the gate. I almost immediately spot Divina, she's standing over the Addams's child, a sickening smirk on her face.
"Divina?" I softly mumble, unsure of if she heard me or not.
"I wasn't expecting you to be the first one here." She answered, not bothering to turn and look at me.
"What are you doing? You love Evelyn, at least it seemed like you did." I questioned, as I hesitantly stepped forward.
"I'll never love anything that came from that-"
"From Wednesday?"
"Yes..."
"What the hell is wrong with you!? You and Wednesday were so close, practically best friends. Then you go and do this shit." I yelled, slightly loosing my temper.
"We were never close, I only did that to please you. I've always thought she wasn't good enough for Enid. Enid deserves the world after all she's been through." she muttered, now turning to make eye contact with me.
"I agree, Enid does deserve everything, and more. And she's already got it, do you not see how happy she is? Divina, she tells me practically everyday how much she loves Wednesday, you doing this is hurting her more than anything. You're her best friend Divina. Hell, you're my wife, so just please leave Evie, and maybe we can all go back to normal?" I plead, a flash of guilt crosses Divina's eyes. Please tell me I've convinced her...
"I love you, Yoko." She starts.
"I love you too," I quietly answer, my body tense, waiting for her to finish her sentence.
"But I can't- I can't pretend anymore." after finishing, she pulled the gun off the table behind her and placed it to her head...Pulling the trigger...
"NO!" I screamed, grabbing a hold of her body before she hit the ground.
Wednesday's POV:
I pushed through the doors to find Yoko on the ground, holding a near dead Divina.
"Shit," I mumbled, while rushing over to the two. "Enid! Call 911!" I yelled over Yoko's sobs.
"I-i tried to stop her, she was going to s-shoot herself in the head, but I pushed her."
"Where'd it hit then?" I questioned, as I slid her jacket off her shoulders.
"Her chest," she said, as her sobs slowly started to die down. "Wednesday go get Evelyn,"
"She's okay, I need to keep pressure on Divina's wound." I rushed out, before being stopped by Yoko.
"Go, I've got Divina. I need you to go make sure your daughter is okay." She calmly said, as her eyes traveled down to the near dead girl.
I nodded, while getting up and walking over to Evelyn.
Just seeing my daughter in chains makes me sick to my stomach, the only reason I was helping Divina is for Yoko's sake. I would've just let her bleed out if it was up to me.
"Mi hija, It's mommy. If you can hear me could you please do something?" I softly say. I lean down closer to her face, getting a whiff of something oddly... sweet.
Chloroform
Divina poisoned her...
"Evelyn," I frantically shook her, hoping she would respond. But she didn't.
"Wednesday!? What's going on?" Enid worriedly asked, now entering the room. Two paramedics walking in behind her, along with a cop.
I didn't answer, still attempting to wake her up.
"Wednesday answer me, why the fuck is she not waking up?"
"Chloroform poisoning, it's deathly to children. Enid-" A sob cutting off my sentence, I was shoved out of the way by more paramedics, as they placed Evelyn in the ambulance. "Enid, I think she's dead."
