Jungkook, standing in his room nervously biting his nails while thinking, should he go with the plan he has in the mind or shouldn't. The thing he has in mind is too risky, and he knows if Taehyung got to know about this, he'll definitely kill him without a second thought.

"We had such a wonderful chance last week, but that mental piece has to ruin everything." Jungkook muttered angrily under his breath. His voice was heavy with frustration.

After a lot of contemplation, he finally made his mind of what to do.

"Fuck it. I'll handle him, but right now, it's the only thing that can save me from this forced wedding." Muttered Jungkook under his breath, and with a last long deep breath, he made his way to his parents.

After reaching the living room where his parents are present, Jungkook stands in front of his parents, a nervous tension in the air as he tries to gather the right words. His mind races, unsure whether his plan will work. Finally, he blurts out, "Mom, Dad, I can't go through with this wedding. I've just found out... Taehyung has a boyfriend already. He's been seeing someone else."

The silence that follows is thick and heavy. His parents look at each other, stunned and confused, as they process what he just said. His mother's expression falters, her voice soft but insistent. "What do you mean? We've been planning this wedding for a long time. Are you sure about this?"

He nods, trying to keep his voice steady. "I'm sure. I saw them together. He's been hiding it from me." He watches their expressions, hoping his fabricated story will be enough to stop the wedding that's only two weeks away. "It's the right thing to do. I can't marry someone who doesn't feel the same way."

Mr Jeon, who was sitting there silently, takes a deep breath, his eyes hardening with concern. "Are you sure you want to cancel everything over this? There's a lot at stake here."

Jungkook's heart pounds, his mind racing, but he stands firm. "I have to. It's the only option. I don't want to go into a marriage built on lies."

His parents exchange a look. His mother sighs, but the relief he expected doesn't come. Instead, she says quietly, "We'll need to talk to him first. There are too many people involved in this, and we can't let it go like this."

Jungkook's stomach drops. He had hoped this would be the end of it, but he could sense that it's not going to be that easy. The weight of his lie sinks in, and he wonders if he's made a terrible mistake.

A trail of sweat appeared on his forehead.

"Shit, no, you can't talk to him he'll literally kill...... ugh Jungkook, why did you think that this idea would help you..... fuck."
Jungkook cursed himself in his mind while a few horrible scenarios were playing in front of his eyes that how Taehyung will kill him after getting to know that he lied to his parents about him being in a relationship.

"Oh God, please save me from that time bomb. Your child made a mistake. Please forgive me for that." Jungkook made a prayer in his mind while making a crying face and looking up towards the sky.

"Anything else you want to say?" Mr Jeon's voice brings him out of his thoughts, and he looked at them startled for a moment as he was busy in his own world, so he tdidnt heard hin properly. After processing his words, Jungkook quickly shook his head in negative and said,

"No, nothing. I just came here to tell you guys this now, I should take my leave." Saying so Jungkook turned around to leave after bowing towards his parents.

Jungkook then made his way out of the mansion while grumbling something under his breath, which is not audible, but looking at his expressions its clear that he's not pleasant by the outcomes of the conversation he just had with his parents.
