"I want the shark one!" Calum pouted.
"Fine, I'll have the crocodile then," Ashton said, rolling his eyes.
I let out a squeaky laugh. "Seriously guys?"
Michael and George had an inflatable donut each, one pink and one yellow, Calum had the shark and Ashton the crocodile.
"Want one for old times sake?" Luke giggled, holding up a pink and white dolphin.
"I'd probably burst it," I sniggered.
"Come on," Luke whined.
"Fine," I said, bopping him gently on the head with the pink dolphin that I took from his hands.
After paying for the toys we'd soon put to use in the sea, we walked down the high street and made our way to the seafront.
"Where to now?" George asked, leaning against the metal bar, overlooking the turquoise sea.
"I won't make you guys suffer, I'll wait till Azure turns up to look in the girly shops," I laughed.
"Azure?" Ashton asked, looking over at me.
"Yeah, shes my friend. She's coming down in a couple of days time and staying with us."
He nodded slowly and turned his attention back out to sea.
"Um, Em, do you still wanna dye your hair?" Michael asked, turning to me.
"Yeah!"
"If you want, I'll get the dye today and we can do it, I don't know, tomorrow if you want?"
"Yeah, sure!" I smiled.
"So just a violet colour, yeah?"
"Yeah, like a pastel purple! I'll give you the money for it of cour-"
"Don't worry about paying me," he laughed.
"At least let me pay something towards it!" I protested.
"Don't worry about it, really. I'll be using it anyway on my own hair!" He insisted. "Where's the nearest drugstore around here anyway?"
"Up the high-street, over there." George pointed in the complete opposite direction to which we were facing. "I'll come with you if you want?"
"Okay, where are you guys going?" Michael asked.
"I kinda need a piss," Ashton grinned.
"Same," said Calum.
"Cal, you always need a piss, I swear!" Luke rolled his eyes.
"Hey, no I don't! It was just that slush I drunk earlier!"
"The toilets are over there," I laughed, pointing them in the right direction.
"Okay, well, can we meet you guys later then?" Luke asked.
"Yeah, okay, we'll phone you in a bit!"
"Okay, see ya later!" The boys began to part their separate ways until they disappeared in the sea of people, leaving Luke and I alone.
"So.." Luke said, turning to face me.
"So," I repeated, looking up at him and squinting slightly as the intense sun shone directly behind him.
"Ice cream?" he asked.
"Of course," I grinned as we quickly made our way to our favourite ice cream parlour since we were children.
