EMILIA P.O.V
Later that night Luke insisted on dropping me home, despite my best efforts to reassure him I was quite capable of walking.
"So um, I was wondering what you were doing tomorrow night?" he asked, taking one hand off the wheel to scratch the back of his neck.
"I think I'm free." I smiled.
"I-I was thinking that maybe we could, um, go out for dinner? Only if you're cool with that. I mean, we don't have to..." he rambled, chewing on his lower lip in anticipation.
"You're cute when you're nervous," I giggled, taking his free hand in mine and reassuringly rubbing my thumb over the top of his hand. "So, fish and chips?" I asked, clearly giving him the answer he was looking for as he seemed to have relaxed in his seat slightly.
"Fish and chips," he agreed, laughing gently as he squeezed my hand in return.
When we pulled up at the caravan site, a sudden flutter of nerves spiralled about my stomach as Luke and I began walking up to my caravan. This had become a consistent thing: me spending the day with him and his friends and then, later that evening, him walking me back up to my caravan.
"Thanks again for the lift." I smiled up at him.
"Anytime." He returned the same toothy smile.
"Today's been fun."
"Yeah," he chuckled. His eyes darted to his feet as he grinned widely.
"Well... I'll see you tomorrow then?" I asked.
"I'll pick you up at six?"
"Perfect." I smiled.
"Goodnight, Emilia."
"Goodnight, Luke."
After a moment of hesitation, he finally leant down and placed his fragile lips delicately upon my own.
"Is this okay?" He whispered into my ear after slowly parting our tender lips.
"It's more than okay," I whispered back, pulling at his waist gently as a gesture for another kiss.
"I've already stolen two today," he giggled, shaking his head, making me blush. He then tucked a stray piece of hair behind my ear before standing upright. "I don't think I actually told you, but I think you're hair looks really, really pretty like that," he spoke in a hushed tone.
I could feel my cheeks redden, still taken back by the kiss. "Thank you."
"I'll see you tomorrow night." He smiled, before walking back to his car.
And just like that, I was left with my back pressed against my caravan wall as I tried to make sense everything that happened that day with an obnoxious grin spread widely across my features.

"Oh my goodness!" my nan exclaimed. "What on earth have you done to your hair?"
"Dyed it," I replied.
"Purple? What could have possibly possessed you to dye your hair purple?" she said, appalled.
"I like it."
"You hang out with those boys for a couple of days and you've already dyed your hair!"
"It's got nothing to do with them," I said, my eyebrows furrowed.
"Oh really?" she laughed dryly. "Who did it then?"
