Everyone was bracing themselves for whatever was on the other side of the void, the majority expecting to end up in the grasps of the League, while two in particular already knew what was waiting on the other side.
Gon's eyes were closed shut, not wanting to see the outcome of this unexpected venture, but they quickly shot open once his body hit solid ground, causing him to let out a small 'ow.' His vision quickly switched from left to right as he scanned his surroundings. They were in the middle of a green patch, the grass as soft as fur. The sky was a bright blue, and the fluffy, white clouds splayed across like icing on a cupcake.
But something caught the hunter's attention more than the mismatched scenery from what he was experiencing seconds before: the tall, giant building hovering in the far distance. Oh no... he thought. Gon turned around, and his eyes immediately locked onto Killua's. It looked like his friend was thinking the same thing.
"Where the hell are we?" Bakugo's scratchy voice broke through the blowing wind as he stood up, a confused and angry expression on his face. The rest of the young heroes looked around, their faces expressing the same confusion as Bakugo's.
"This doesn't look like the training camp, ribbit," said Asui.
"Or the League's hideout..." added Uraraka.
"Isn't it that super tall building?" Todoroki stared at the infrastructure in the distance, blinking to adjust his blurry vision.
Tokoyami stepped forward, Shoji brushing some dirt off of his cloak with his dupli-arms that were already healing from being roughed up by Toga just moments ago. "Putting the pieces together, I can conclude that we are most likely not in Japan."
"Definitely not Japan..." Midoriya whispered underneath his breath.
While the young heroes kept conversing, Killua and Gon were talking amongst themselves about the situation. What were they going to do now that they were back in their world so unexpectedly with the addition of seven 'extraterrestrial' beings? All the hunters knew was that there was a low chance of survival for them out here if they didn't show them the ropes or wish for some miracle to take them back to their own world of heroes.
"I wish I could go back and freaking crush that warp guy..." Killua furrowed his eyebrows and slightly pouted as he crossed his arms over his chest.
Gon sighed. He did wish that they didn't get dragged back here so soon, but hey, now he had some more friends with him. "Well, we can't really do anything about it. Who knows, maybe his portal will open up somewhere here like before."
"Yeah, and who knows how long it'll be until then. We were in their world for more than a month before the guy's quirk went all haywire again," Killua peered out of the corner of his eye at his classmates. They were slightly arguing about where they were. Just watching them gave the boy a headache.
To make it worse, Bakugo caught his eye. "What're you looking at, bleach head?"
Killua's eye twitched. "Let's just get this over with. Gon, let's go." Gon didn't have time to say anything before Killua walked over to Bakugo and the others. "Alright, listen up because I don't want to have to explain things more than once."
It was dead silent, except for a big gulp that dropped down Midoriya's throat.
His classmates glanced at him.
Midoriya already knew where this was going. The unfamiliar layout of this land and the weird building in the distance that could definitely not be the League's hideout... he knew that he and his friends had ended up in Gon's world. How funny that they ended up here moments after he had confronted Gon. He admitted that he felt excitement since he was about to explore a whole new place, but what Gon told him earlier about how quirks didn't exist here scared him.
