~ 16: Training Camp Begins ~

The remaining days leading up to the summer camp, Killua and Gon kept searching for the Accompany card. They even went back to that library and made some more poster copies, so they could go to nearby towns and cities to hang them up. Although, they never received any contact about the card, making them lose hope just a tiny bit.

Despite the struggle the boys had with finding the card the past few days, they finished designing their hero costumes and also trained their Nen further, using some techniques they had learned from Bisky during their time at Greed Island.

Now the hunters were lingering around the outside of the bus in front of U.A while Aizawa was speaking with Nezu. It was finally time for the summer training camp to begin.

"Oh, Deku's here!" Gon waved at Midoriya who was approaching the bus in the distance.

Midoriya saw him, but for some reason, he hesitated to wave back. Behind him followed Uraraka, Tsuyu, Todoroki, and Yaoyorozu. Surprisingly, Bakugo and Kirishima were the first ones to arrive besides Killua and Gon.

Then another class came out to where they were all standing. It was Class B, and one of their students, Monoma, came out and started rambling about how bad Class A was.

But then Kendo appeared behind him, chopped his neck and dragged him away. "Sorry!" She said. It wasn't unusual for Monoma to always be acting like that.

"We kind of met during the Sports Festival, but nice to meet you again, Class A!" Shiozaki from Class B said.

Gon smiled and walked over to her, leaving Killua to lean on the side of the bus. He wanted to make more friends, and now seemed like a good time to do so. "Hi! It's nice to meet you, too!" The hunter smiled.

"Oh? I don't recall seeing you at the Sports Festival." Shiozaki said.

"That's because I wasn't there! I'm actually a new student."

"Oh, really? I've been hearing about that, but I didn't think it was true."

"Yeah! So, what's your name? I'm Gon!" From then, Gon began to introduce himself to most of Class B's students, learning a fact or two about each of them until it was time to board the bus. Gon waved the class goodbye, but when he turned back around, Killua was out of sight. Maybe he had gone on the bus already.

Gon gathered his things and made his way on the bus, too. Right away, he saw tufts of white hair oddly sticking out of the side of one of the seats in the back, obviously Killua's. "Killua?" Gon walked over to his friend, but to his surprise, Killua was asleep. Gon pouted. He was going to sit next to Killua, but now the white haired boy had taken up the whole seat. I guess I have to find someone else to sit next to...

Gon looked around the bus until he spotted a certain purple haired boy sitting all by himself. Gon's face lit up. I can finally talk with Mineta!

When the hunter first met Class 1-A, most of his classmates told him to be wary of Mineta, but he wasn't exactly sure why. They all said Mineta had some strange desires. Even Bakugo seemed to hate him more than everyone else, so that was saying something. But Gon had never personally witnessed Mineta doing anything weird, so he didn't take his classmates' word for it just yet.

Gon put on a big smile and plopped down next to Mineta. "Hi, Mineta!"

His big voice startled the small boy. Mineta turned to look at Gon and tilted his head, confused on why the hunter had decided to sit next to him. "Uh, hey, Gon."

"I'm not taking anyone's seat, am I?" Gon asked, suddenly looking around to see if anyone was planning on sitting next to Mineta before he had.

"Of course not!" Mineta waved his hands around. To say the least, the boy was shocked. He didn't expect Gon to sit next to him—or anyone really, besides Kaminari, but the eccentric boy was sitting next to Sero. "But... why?"
