Cross the oceans in my mind.
Help me try to save some time.

Venture the valleys in my head.
Help me so I don't end up dead.

Break barriers in my heart.
Help me not to fall apart.

Crumble walls and break defenses.
Help me not to build more fences.

Understand who I really am,
And love me all the same.
For nothing to me is a game.

You've seen me at my worst.
Now please wait...
And help me to be my best.
