Setting Ourselves Up

After the shitty party that everyone said it was gonna be great ,we all cleaned up the house and then layed down in the nearest couch.

It's probably like three am and everyone left about a half our ago.
Except for Brandon .He's crashing at my place tonight since there's no way of waking him up .Seriously I thought dude was dead for a sec.

I let him sleep upstairs in my room while I'll probably sleep in the living room.

"You're not gonna sleep with Brandon are you?"James asks from the kitchen where he's making coffe cause he says it's the best cure for a hangover .Im not sure how much i belive that but i just let him be.

"First of all that wording is terrible "
"Second of all why do you care ?"-i send him a sweet smile ,acting like I didn't want to kill him for bringing my biggest nemesis to MY party.

I decided to not let him know how much that bothered me by not asking him any questions .Like :why?,are you guys together? ecctera

"No reason ,just wouldn't want you're first time being without protection "he smirks at me

"Firsr of all ew!"i scoff
"Brandon is like a brother to me "
"And second of all ,how do you know it's my first time ?"-it was my turn to smirk at him now.

I watch as his jaw drops.
"Jade Violet Springs ,no you didn't!"-he shouts acting like he's my father.

"Would you two stop bickering,im dying over here "-Xander sits up straight form his position on the couch .
Av is laying next to him ,completely passed out .

I called an uber for Isabel and made sure to text her if she got home safely.

"Yall are gonna wake Av up"-of course that's all he cares about.

"James are you ready with that coffe ,people are dying here "i yell and check Av's pulse ,just in case .She hasn't moved in a while okay?

"Almsot!"he yells back

"Ha !"Thats what she said "-Xander chuckles at himself.

After binge watching gilmore girls like all night and me switching into my i 💓Gilmore girls shirt and some sweats we all finally agree on something.

"Okay i hated this guy in the begging but im starting to like him"Xander informs from his seat ,cuddled up with a blanket next to Av.She's stil a bit sleppy but agreed.

"Yeah and he's so hot "-i state

"And he kinda looks like me "-James observers
"Is that why you like him?"-he gasps.

"You wish "-i roll my eyes.

We didn't even realise it was morning and my parents came home from what mom called "beauty treatment " It was just a reason to let me have my party in peace .Even though i missed their presence last night.

"Seems like you're all cuddled up"-mum walks into the living room and Xander immediately moves away from Av .

"I hope it's okay we crashed here after the party ms.Springs "-James turns his head over his shoulder and moved the arm he had strapped aronnd my shoulder.

I didn't even notice his arm was there.

Mum noticed his movement and smiled

"It's no problem James dearest"
"I just hope you guys ate before your trip"

I choke on my spit.

"What trip?"-i ask

"Well the trip for your birthday "-my dad explains.

"All four of you can go to New York and then any other place you want for a week"

"What?"-i gape

"Hell yeahhh road trip!"-James jumps from his seat on the couch,throwing the blanket that was wrapped around us on the ground.

"Oof I can't really attend ,im sorry"-Xander announces,sharing a weird look with Av

"Me neither Ms.Springs my mom needs all the help she can get with my grandma "-I look at Av like she just killed my entire family.

"No you guys have to come"-i look at them pleadingly.

But they just shake their heads as Xander mouths "sorry" to me.These motherfuckers.

"Well can i bring another friend?"-I ask having the best person in mind for this.

"Umm"-my mom shared a look with my dad before answering

"Of course sweetie everything is paid for"

"Alright i just need to make a quick call"-i say as i walk away from the living room.
