I am having way too much fun with this whole "fake dating "thing.When i suggested we do this I actually thought she would throw an axe on my head.Don't know how she'd get her hands on an axe but i don't put anything past Jade-when it comes to somehow hurting me -of course .
Right now im happily humming as I grab my notebook from my locker -when i spot a very panicked Bella trying to walk past me -her hand shielding her face .Her very obvious damp face .
I grab her arm before she could leave .
"Bella what the hell happened?"-i ask ,my voice trying to stay calm .
"Nothing James "-she wipes her tears from her eyes and my heart breaks for her .Bella might not be my closest friend but she's the girl Brandon is head over heels for.So if something happened to her ,it interests me.Just as if anything happens to Jade it interests him.
"Tell me everything that happened "-i command ,slowly walking her to one of the small bean bags that have crowed our entire halls .
Bella sighs but finally gives in
"It's just Nick "she sniffles."It's not a really big deal serious-
"What do you mean just Nick?"-I cut her off ,my patience ready to snap at any give moment.
She seems to notice that -as she pushes her hair out of her face ,brushing over her skirt repeatedly.
"It's nothing really ,James it's fine"
"It's not fine Bella ,tell me what happened "-i hiss
At the exact moment ,Brandon walks by ,giving me a weird look.
"What's going on man?"-he asks me.
"Your girl here is not looking too well man " -I wave him over ,giving him space -but he completely ignores me rushing to kneel in front of her .
"Im not his girl"-Bella mumbles quietly,shutting her eyes close for a second before they soften at the sight of Brandon .
"What's going on hun?"Brandon squeezes her shoulders gently -his lips turning into a small frown -and I can't help but smile at the sight.
"It's just Nick being an asshole again"-she shrugs.""Really -I don't want you getting into that again "
"What did he do?"Brandon's eyes slightly narrow -no trace of the easy going smile he always has glued on his face .
"Nothing really. ,it's fine"-she gently tugs his arm .
"Fine ?" -he shakes his head ."What he keeps doing -saying to you is not fine Bella "-he sighs ,and I think this is the first time my buddy hasn't given her a nickname she can roll her eyes to.
My attention snaps back at her as I turn to my friend ."What exactly is he saying to her ?"
Bella sighs softly "Nothing ,I don't pay attention to it anyway,really James "
"Good you shouldn't -that prick can't form two sentences properly anyway "-that earns me a small chuckle from her .Good.
"Now -you gonna tell me what he did -or you gonna let me beat it out of him -either one satisfies me Bells" -I shrug .
