"So have thess panic attacks been happening a lot lately ?"-i ask James since we settled dowm on two chairs on the room's balcony ,both of us with a hot chocolate in hand.
"I don't know ,i don't even remember when it started "-he shrugs
"I guess i've always excpierinced them ever since i was little"
"That's terrible"-i say actually feeling my heart ache for him.
"Yeah well life's a bitch right?"-his mouth forms into a small smile .And i wonder how many times he has put on this mask of hiding his true feelings with sarcasm and jokes.
"You know i would of never thought you of all people had problems "
"You kinda have that Chandler Bing thing going on"-i try to make him laugh,in which i succeeded .
He turns his head back laughing
"And you've got that whole Kat Stratford thing going on"
"Oh you know me all to well"-i gasp ,putting my hand in my heart.
It's true that James Henderson has made my life a living hell ever since we were twelve but at the end of the day he was still sorta my friend.And it breaks my heart to know he's been going through something like this.
"Does anyone else know about this ?"
"Xander saw me have a panic attack once when we had a sleepover at his house but that's about it"
"Guys have sleepovers?"-i question ,like the idiot i am.This is a serious topic Jade.
"Yes they do ,we even gossip sometimes"-he adds to my insanety.
"No way!"-i giggle.
"Another question"-i try to change the touchy subject
"Why do you hate me?"-since we're already having a deep talk might as well as dig deep.
"I could never hate you Cheery"-his answer was quick.Too quick.
"You sure act like it "
"Let's just say you're the reason some bad things have happened to me "-he explains.
"Im not following"-i say ,geniunely confused.
"You'll find out eventually"
"Maybe"-he shrugs
"I look forward to finding out "-a small smile reaches my lips .Now i have a new reason not to sleep.Thinking about why on earth would James Henderson hate me.
"Why are you guys out on the balcony in the middle of the night ?"-Isabel's voice interrupts our conversation .
She's in her hello kitty pjs ,yawning .
"Just needed to have a talk"-i explain before she starts to think something else.
"A talk huh?"-she smirks at me.
