Chapter 50
Aria's POV:
After walking some and paying for a rental bike, I finally got back to my hotel.
In the front, Emma, Jason and Justin are waiting outside. My stomach drops.
"So, why did you go out and apparently miss the train?" Justin bursted out. I'm dripping in sweat, my clothes are soaking wet and my heart is pounding.
"Um, I needed to t-think." I tried to not stutter. Their faces didn't change.
"Let's go inside. I'm cold." I said, pushing past everyone.
"Why couldn't you think inside the hotel? Where it's SAFE AND WE KNOW WHERE YOU ARE!" Jason yelled. The whole lobby looked at us.
"Can you calm down?" I ask in a whisper. I step back.
"Calm down? No! We didn't know where you were and you weren't answering your phone!" Jason answered.
"Okay, okay. I get it. I'm tired." I said. Emma stepped in.
"Well, you can't take a nap. You and Jason need to be on set."
"I thought we didn't have to film today." I mumbled. I'm pretty sure I checked the filming schedule correctly.
"Well, you should've thought about that earlier." She said. I can't argue about that.
