Chapter 71
*Next Day*
Aria's POV:
Today's the day. We have been going out for a while and we are officially a couple.
I put on the new blouse and an old pair of jeans with some dirty white tennis shoes. I did minimal makeup. I've never been so excited to go shopping.
I grab my phone and head to the hotel lobby. It was busy with the breakfast crowd but not too busy. It was still early.
I play on my phone, waiting for Jason to walk up. It was about five minutes before I heard his voice.
"Hey, how are you doing?" His voice snapped me out of the world of my phone. I slightly jump at the sound.
"Did I scare you?" He questioned as he stepped back. I shake my head, no.
"No," I say putting my phone away. He smiles.
"Good, I don't want to scare you." He says grabbing my hand gently, like you would a child scared of something. I smile slightly.
"Why would I be scared of you?" I ask. He pulls me in closer.
"You're always safe with me." He says as we walk out of the hotel.
"Thanks." We head out to the nearest shop. I never went shopping from my hotel room before so I don't know how to get to any shops. "Do you have gps?"
"Yes, I'm also geographically challenged." He laughs. I laugh with him.
