The party followed Sparklez as he led them on a tour. "First you should know that I am your... parent, your keeper. If I tell you to do something, you do it. But use your judgment, and if I tell you to jump off a cliff, don't. There are a few other things to know," he continued as he walked down the hallway. "Mianite built the school and is run by him, his brother Dianite, and his sister Ianite. Your teachers are Waglington and Martha in magic, Steve in fighting, and athletics, or 'right rumbling', as he calls it. Syndicate, or Tom, as he prefers is your 'prank instructor', as well as our Head of security. Tucker will teach you Blood Magic, and a side class on how to.. love taint. Sonja will teach you thaumcraft, and a side class of how to do the booty touches. The cafeteria is called the Dine-at-night, Dianites personal touch. And speaking of it, here is the dinning room." He stopped at two large doors that appeared to be just for display and always opened. Inside the room were three long tables, one red, one blue, and one purple. At the tables sat multiple students and at the end, what appeared to be a leader of the group.
"Each of these tables," Sparklez began, "Designate a different group, at the ends of each table is an elected leader. The Ianite Leader is Katherine, Dianite's is Jazlyn, and Mianite's is Sterling. Don't worry, at the beginning of each school year, a new leader is chosen. Because you are a few days late you missed out. but there is always next year."
Izzy nodded "So we sit down?"
"Go ahead" said Sparklez. "I think you all know where to go." Sparklez exited the room and the party split up into separate groups to head for their tables. Before Sparklez left he added one thing, "Oh, and stick with your groups. They will show you the ropes."
Once he was gone from sight and the groups were beginning to sit, a member of Mianite yelled, "Oh look, some new Ianites. Get put there because you're soft? And you Dianites, whats the matter? Have too many anger issues to join the best group?" He laughed and the rest joined in.
An Ianite came over to the group. "Hey, I'm Katherine. Welcome! Ignore those Mianites, they think they own the place because Mianite built it."
Alee spoke up, "Sounds like they need a lesson in manners."
"More then a lesson," added Autumn
"Its harder then that" said Katherine. "We are Ianite, we bring balance. Until they do something wrong, we can't act. By the way, those Dianites you came in with? They're your friends right? Forget them. Friendships outside your group are forbidden. Even i don't know why."
Edward smiled at Katherine and said, "I'm Edward, but most people call me Eddie. Thats Izzy, Alee and Autumn."
Katherine smiled back, and said, "Welcome. Now, come meet your new family."
DIANITE TABLE.
Iain and Lucas were about to sit when they heard a Mianite speak up. "Oh look, some new Ianites. Get put there because you're soft? And you Dianites, what's the matter? Have too many anger issues to join the best group?"
Lucas clenched his fist as the Mianites laughed. "I'm going to kill them."
"Easy," said Iain. "Don't want to prove their point for them now do you?" He sat down next to Lucas, and Jazlyn approached them.
"Hello, and welcome to Dianite, the best group to be in! I'll make this short. Your Ianite friends? Forget them, we aren't allowed cross group relations. No one knows why but the gods. Just follow me and you'll get through. Now come on, and meet you new family."
"Family?" asked Lucas.
"Aye, family" said Jazlyn. "That's what we are to you now."
