Words....the most easiest form of conveying a person's emotions..their thoughts...their ideas..their feelings..the right usage of which can built relations and at the same time break one..

When Yoongi said he will talk to his vampire prince Hobi expected him to talk to him someway..may be through Jungkook or through some letters or any way possible and that hope alone kept him afloat...

And along with that Hobi dropped the plan of telling Namjoon about his true identity...the more he thought of it he realized that his and Namjoon's aim was the same...both of them wanted Jungkook and Taehyung to be out of Astraxus and for that he is agreeing to marry the princess..who in fact is a witch whom Hobi sent... So why not just stick to their own plans and just do their own part.. it's not going to make any difference right?

And with the passing days he felt the change that was happening with Yoongi and him..  Yoongi seemed more close..more comfortable with him than before... The constant blush of the other's face everytime Hobi complimented him.. everytime they got close did light a spark of hope in him....

Same was with Yoongi...even though he now spends some of his time with Jimin...he never felt anything towards him more than what he felt towards his friends.. It's true.. Jimin's presence was a relief.. he felt close ofcourse..he felt protective almost all the time whenever he saw the other's eyes disappearing into small crescents everytime they talked...it was adorable...but that never made his heart flip and stomach churn the way it does everytime he hears Hobi's laughs or his deep voice

To him Jimin was a like a kid... just like Jungkook who was wronged at some point in life...there was this constant sadness in his eyes which Yoongi oh so badly wanted to wipe off...

Jimin made him feel protective but Hobi made him feel safe... Jimin gave off warmth but Hobi was his peace...

Yoongi felt bad...well bad isn't even the word... he felt like an asshole... How was he supposed to tell Jimin all of this....how was he supposed to tell Jimin that the warmth and butterflies that his letters gave him erupts only when he is with Hobi and not him... Oh how big of an asshole would he be to tell Jimin that he is in love with Hobi and has been leading on Jimin for nothing just because he was confused..how is he supposed to tell Jimin that he really hoped for Hobi to be the vampire prince and not Jimin

Yoongi sighed trying to brush off the thoughts that were eating him alive..he looked around trying to enjoy the day...he looked at Tae and Kook who looked beyond happy dancing with each other...he looked at his Jin Hyung who looked contented in Namjoon's arms...

' Don't you feel awkward standing in a corner and watch everyone dance?'

'What?' Yoongi looked confused at Hobi

'Come' Hobi smiled slipping his hands into Yoongi's before taking him onto the dance floor

' Hoba?' Yoongi blinked not understanding what was happening even though he was matching his steps with Hobi at this point....his chest bubbling with something heavy... something painfully pleasing...this...this feeling right in his heart is what that scares him...makes him feel like an ungrateful monster

'What?' Hobi chuckled seeing the way Yoongi was staring at him ' Friends also dance together...and I thought we are best friends..I tell you everything'

'Of course we are friends' Yoongi smiled...his heart cracking Am just his friend... nothing more...You can't be an asshole to Jimin who always cared for Kook...for someone who will never see you the way you do

Fireworks lit up the sky making them pull back from each other....Yoongi turned towards Hobi...his lips stretching into the brightest of smiles...
