"Sit. Sit." Magenta pointed at a chair. She immediately pulled out, a small box. She started to clean up the blood quickly.
"You've done this before?" I asked her as she carefully and with soft hands cleaned up the blood.
"Too many" she shook her head with a soft smile. "We don't have a Healer right now. Take a deep breath." she lifted a bottle of vodka up. She opened it up and I took a deep breath. I let out a low screech as the alcohol drenched my skin. It burned my skin, and it spread down my arm.
"Almost done" she pulled out a lighter and started to sterilize a needle.
"What are you doing? A Healer could-" I shook my head at her.
"A Healer isn't available." She rolled her large eyes at me. "I've done this so many times. Trust me." she lifted the needle and thread up. With a cringe, I nodded.
Her hands moved swiftly and surely. Once she was done, she handed me a blanket so I could wrap myself.
"Do you know who you are waiting for?" Magenta asked me. She waved me so I could follow her into the giant bright open room. She sat down in front of a large mirror.
"Taron." I answered. Her eyes flickered towards me momentarily. Something strange passed through her face.
"Are you one of his new girls?" a girl behind me asked. She had a head full of curly hair. She was running her fingers through it.
"New girl?" I repeated. It dawned on me what she meant. "No I'm not with Taron or anything. We are just friends."
"Mmmm" Magenta lifted her eyebrows. She was applying make up on. "That's how it starts." She replied under her breath.
"Yup." The other girl replied. "All of us at one point were in love with him." she was turning her face in the mirror.
"Are we talking about Taron again?" another girl spoke up. She was adjusting her clothing in the mirror. "I thought we were over the boss man." Her eyes flickered momentarily over to me. "Ah a new girl. Of course. Piece of advice, don't get your hopes up with Taron. He doesn't go for any of his girls." she turned and look at herself.
"Except for what's her name" Magenta snorted at the mirror. "Isn't he still with her?"
I cleared my throat awkwardly.
"Are we talking about Jessie?" a man fluttered in. His face was perfect. His skin looked smooth. I gawked at up at him. He was also well built, and well dressed. "Jessie and Taron?"
"Yeah. We were advising the new girl." The same girl responded. She was fixing her hair.
"What happened to you?" he approached me. He lifted my face and cringed. "Darling that man deserves a beating of his own."
"That's what I thought." Magenta got to her feet. The man released my face, and he clapped his hands. "Okay, girls. Remember payment first and business after." He smiled brilliantly at the girls.
"I have my favorite client tonight" Magenta grinned at the mirror. "He's so handsome and perfect."
"Perfect." The girls snorted and started to laugh. "He's here instead of at home with his wife." I didn't say anything.
"Whatever. We have a thing- whatever it is." Magenta grumbled. She suddenly sighed heavily. "He does this thing."
"Ugh. Don't start with his thing. We all know you have one of the nicest clients." The blonde that had been looking in the mirror exclaimed. "Not mine, he-ugh- he's so gross but he pays so well." she grimaced in the mirror.
