Let The War Begin

Niklaus storms out of the protectors dorm with us following. I run to catch up to him.

"Niklaus stop!" I shout to him but he doesn't listen, so instead I run in front of him and put my hand up.

"Elyshia, please move out of the way" Niklaus sighs and tries to side step around me but I copy his moves.

"Niklaus Lagana, you listen to me" I shout to him, "Going to your Uncle won't solve any of this - it's just going to make it worse! Yes Brody has now found the location of the school but the only soul purpose is to get me, Beth, Briony, Lauren and Chloe! He won't harm any of the students here at this school and I'll make sure that he'll pay for what he did!"

"Didn't you read on what happens to blood mates?!" Niklaus shouts back, "You can't kill him, you can't do anything to him without you living in a life where you go insane!"

"Do what you like! See why I care but don't come running to me when he's burnt the whole school down!" I shout and run back to the protectors dorm and sit beside Luke, who was fiddling with his fingers and tapping his foot on the ground.

"I heard what happened with you and Niklaus just then" he says turning to me.

"Yeah well I find it stupid how he's flipping out because a guy wants to take me away just so he can have more power" I sigh leaning back against the sofa.

"He's only caring about you that's all" he replies.

"I know but sometimes it makes me seem like a baby and that I can't take care of myself" I say looking over to him, "but you know it's like I can't do anything without him constantly down my neck telling me to be careful, heck, I jumped off a building and he had a rant at me because of that."

"Elyshia maybe you're just not ready to be in a serious relationship" Luke says looking me dead in the eye. The truth just hit me like a truck.

Flashback...

"Elyshia are you making the right decision?" Chloe asks me.

"What? I don't see anything wrong with him?" I reply frowning at her.

"He's a player, a cheater" Chloe says.

"He told me he would change" I say staring to get offended.

"He said that to the other girls he dated"  Chloe sighs, "I just don't want you to get hurt."

3 days later...

"He doesn't stop messaging me, its like I have to answer him twenty four seven!" I sigh sitting down next to Beth.

"Well after what Chloe saw, and also hasn't forgiven you for, then of course he's going to get attached" she replies whilst scrolling down her phone.

"I don't want to have to message him all the time though - I need my personal space" I say covering my face with my hands.

"Then maybe you're just not ready for a serious relationship" Beth says before turning her TV on.

End of flashback...

I guess he's right. Even Beth has said it to me, are they right? I mean most of my relationships haven't lasted for very long, but I always thought that it was because they weren't the right one. Although, they could be lying, I mean they've only heard it from what I've told them but they haven't seen it for themselves.

Luke's drumming on the table snaps me out of my thoughts, making me turn to him. "Seriously, calm down, she's going to be fine" I say glancing over at Chloe.

"I'm just scared" he answers, "what if it's not the same Chloe as before?"

"Don't say that!" I whisper yell, "Chloe may seem all innocent and vulnerable but she never gives up. She wouldn't have backed down to the Nova Brothers that easily."

"I don't want her to go through all of this" he sighs, "she doesn't know that Jack is still alive."

Everyone starts walking in, looking towards Chloe and see that she's still asleep. They all take a seat and wait until Chloe's wakes up.

Oh Elyshia what are you going to do now that we've found your precious school?

I look around but see no one around and I notice that Briony, Beth and Lauren do exactly the same.

I'm coming for you and only you...

I place my head in my hands and try to block out the voice, it sounds like Brody.

Elyshia, you can't escape from me, I'm coming for you...

"Stop!" I shout out aloud.

"Elyshia are you okay?" People start asking me.

I'm coming...

We're coming...

I'm coming....

For you...

In the end I just hold my head and scream, several screams could be heard as well. I think that it's Beth, Briony and Lauren.

"Someone get help!" Is the last thing I hear before an evil laugh enters my head.

Sorry that it's short, I've had writer's block lately so I couldn't think of other ideas. I have also been on holiday so I haven't had much time to work on my books. A final thing is that I have several books in line waiting to upload but I'm going to try finish one of my books I've already uploaded before I can choose another one to upload.

And when I mean several books, I mean like 5 or 6 so be looking out for one of those.
