Chapter 10

**Jc POV**

White lips, pale face

Breathing in snowflakes

Burnt Lungs, sour taste

Light's gone, day's end

Struggling to pay rent

Long nights, strange men

When were on our way to the mall. I was in the car with Avery, Raynah, Ricky, and Trevor. Avery was driving, I was in the passenger seat, then Raynah was in the middle of Ricky and Trevor in the back seat. I heard Avery singing the whole time. She's an amazing singer. And shes perfect for Connor. 

"Sooo Avery."

"Yea?" I saw her look at me thought the corner of her eye.

"Tell me how you and Connor first met. All this time we have been here, but we haven't heard of how you guys met?"

"Umm well you know Britt?" She asked me then giggled when I rolled my eyes over her name. "Im taking that as a yes?" I nodded. "Well..." She paused I  thought she forgot or something. "It was a week before school started and we didn't have any particular parking spots yet we just parked anywhere. But when I pulled into a specific spot I got told to move my ass or it will be moved. When I looked at my back window I saw Britt, her friends and Connor. He told Britt that he would come and talk to me. Before he came over she kissed him--"

"Like a kiss or a peck?"

"You would want to know?" I nodded, "it was like a full on make out session." 

"ohhhh... continue."

"Kk. So after the little make out session he walked over to my car. And tapped on my window. He was trying to see through the windows. When I opened my door he backed up to let me get out. After I got out I looked around and Britt and her friends looked at me with their jaw dropped. When I turned towards Connor his was dropped to. The next part I don't know if he wants me to tell an--" she was cut off by Raynah.

"He said 'Holy shit your gorgeous'!" 

"LOL Con da Bon being smooth!" We all started to crack up

"IM NOT FINISHED.." Avery basically screamed at us for cutting her off. "After that he helped me bring my stuff to my dorm and he gave me his cell number." Nice going Connor giving out your number to a girl you knew for like three hours! "The next day when Raynah came to the school, me and her spent the day putting our dorm together then went out to dinner with Connor,and our friends Zack and Nicole. And when we were almost done eating Britt came in and started sharing my past. Connor saw how upset I was getting and started to lose his patience with her. When her totally lost it he told her he didn't care about anything that she had told him. He said all he cared about was me not my past. I just wanted to go home so he walked me to my car. When I was trying to fit my key in the lock to unlock my car he grabbed my hand, turned me around and kissed me." Damn Connor its was only the second time he saw her and he already made his move! 

"I've haven't him so happy to be with a girl or really anything since he got a new jar or nutella or saw his cats." We all laughed then listened to the radio the rest of the way. Within about 15 minutes we were at the mall. "I bet you five bucks that when you et out of the car Connor's going to come over and pick you up and spin you around." I said turning towards Avery while I took off my seatbelt.

"And if he just comes up and me hugs me and kisses me you give me five bucks!"

"DEAL!" We said in unison and shook on it. As soon as we got out Connor did the thing we didn't expect. He came up to her hugged her and kissed her. While they were hugging and kissing he picked us up and spun her around. When they broke from the kiss me and Avery looked at each other and Connor gave us a weird look.

"Looks like we both own each other $5."

"LOL YEA!" Connor gave us another weird look

"LOL..Babe its nothing!" She gave him a smirk. He knew he would find out. So he asked Raynah before we walked into the mall.
