Chapter 33

** Avery POV **

Now I'm speechless

Over the edge, I'm just breathless

I never thought that I'd catch this love bug again

Hopeless, head over heels in the moment

I never thought that I'd get hit by this love bug again

The alarm clock sang as I reached over to turn it off. I looked at my phone. 2:30 Thursday, May 28. I took a deep breathe and stood up. The smell of Nutella began flooding my nose. As I turned around there stood Connor in the doorway with two Nutella sandwiches.

Walking up to him I tried to grab one but he moved the plate away just as I went to grab it.

"Hey." I screeched.

"Hey." He said giving me a head nod.

"Can I have one?" I asked a little annoyed.

"No." He said leaving no hesitation.

"Why? I'm the pregnant one here. I am carrying and nurturing YOUR child."

"Well for one its OUR child." He replied with a smirk. "And you can't have one cause I love Nutella and you ate almost all of it last night, I used the rest."

"Oh come one I will go buy you the huge thing of Nutella and get you some of the normal size." I bargained. "Just one bite?"

"Fine. ONE bite." Was all he said while I took a bite that was the size of half the sandwich. "Your smart." He smirked again. I love his smirk.

"Well that was yummy now I am going to get dressed." I smiled wiping the last of the Nutella off my face and grabbing my clothes.

I walk into the bathroom taking a long at my stomach. The fact that a baby is in there finally setting in. My stomach bulging out like any pregnant women. Five months almost six. I cleared my head of the thoughts when I heard Kian knocking on the door saying that we were leaving soon. Me, Connor and Kian sat in the back while Jc sat up front and Ricky drove.

"So where are we going?" I asked.

"To get Nutella." Connor said turning to me.

"And we have to go get Sam and Trevor. Don't forget VidCon is this week."

"Shit I forgot." I looked down. I felt a tear trickle down my face. Ughh why do I have to be so emotional? Why can't I be pregnant and not emotional?

"Avery what's wrong?" They all looked concerned. Even Ricky was taking glances through the mirrors of the car.

"Its nothing. Its the baby. Its just hormonal things." I said shaking my head and wiping the tears. "Its just the baby. Just the baby." I whispered putting my hand to my stomach. Suddenly a light bulb went off in Connor's head, he forgot.

"You have the sonogram the day we leave." Connor placed his hand of his mouth .

"Its fine...I.I.I just don't know. It's going to be the first one I am going to without you." Connor gripped his hand around mine.

The rest of the car ride was awkward silence. No radio. No talking. Tension was very high in the air but why?

10 minutes turned to 20. 20 minutes turned to 30. 30 to 40, 40 to 50, 50 to an hour. I think were here Ricky said turning to a parking lot of a catering hall.

"Where are we?"

"We have to tell you something." Jc said turning around in his seat. "We have a little surprise for you." A forehead wrinkle entitled him to continue. Instead Trevor started talking while standing outside the window.

"Starting off, VidCon is next week. And we got a surprise for you. You're just going to have to put on this blindfold."

"Are we getting Taco Bell!?!?!?!"

"UMMM no." I groaned at the thought of the surprise being tacos this time.

"We didn't know when the right time to do this was but we all have a pretty busy schedule between all of us leading up to the time the baby is supposed to be born."

I put my hand to my stomach. A smile spread across my face as I reached for Connor's hand pulling over to my bulging stomach.

"The baby kicked." A huge smile spread across his face.

"So you ready for your surprise?" They asked in unison. I nodded letting out a giggle.

I felt them help me out of the car. Everything get harder when your pregnant. Walking through doorways, getting out of the car, getting in the car, etc. It felt like forever walking into the place. They led me to what I thought was a set of stairs which only ended up being 2 steps.

The blind fold was untied and dropped to my feet. Waiting a second I let the light flood my sight.

"SURPRISE!!!!!!" It looked like everyone was here. And now cue the hormones again.

"OMG guyss!!" Tears flowed down my face in a stream. Connor's arm wrapped around me. "This is perfect I love all you guys so much." I guess that they decided we did need some baby stuff. Taking all this in I realized the news that me and Connor had for every one.

Person by person we thanked everyone for being there spending about 5 minutes each talking to them. The waiters brought in the main course. I ate mine then reached over and began eating off Connor's plate. Then I was brought to a chair seated in the middle of the floor. From there everyone circled around. Gifts were pasted from Nicole to Sophia to Nicola to Raynah to me.

Ribbons, tissue paper, bows, wrapping paper, party bags, confetti falling to the ground. From a crib and changing table to little onesies (unisex onesies). Doubles of everything. Today was the day we were going to tell everyone the gender. I didn't except the party but I did know that we were getting the surprise for everyone to tell them. We didn't even know the gender so we were even surprising our selves. For a girl either Sienna Rose or Madison Lee. For a boy Cole Lee or Corbin James.

"Everyone if you would take a seat. It is time for desert." The head waiters clapped their hands ushering everyone to their seats. A small plate with two cupcake with the words 'It's a...' written on it were placed in front of everyone. It was just supposed to be one why is there two.

There was no way you can determine anything without taking a bite. One by one wrappers were being pulled off the cupcakes and bites were taken on the count of three. A pink swirl was revealed in both of the cupcakes. Claps and whoops were shared around the room. Me and Connor exchanged a year look.

'2 babies?' I mouthed to him. He returned my question with a confused look and shrug. His mom was making her way over to us.

"You guys know how you only wanted to know if the baby was healthy and if you could hear the heartbeat but nothing else at the sonograms?" His mother questioned us.

"Yes." Connor replied.

"Well the doctor called me to pick up the envelope with the gender in it and she told me something I should know." We looked at each other and back at her and nodded. "Well the doctor and I were talking about this and all. And she was saying how I should inform the store of the list change for the registry and that we have to double everything. Your having twins!"

Connor's whole body went pale. He looked like he was going to throw up. His grip tighten on my arm. Eyes wide. "TWINS..." was all he managed to choke out.
