** Avery POV **

Come on skinny love just last the year,

Pour a little salt we were never here,

My my my, my my my, my-my my-my...

Staring at the sink of blood and crushed veneer.

Tell my love to wreck it all,

Cut out all the ropes and let me fall,

My my my, my my my, my-my my-my...

Right in the moment this order's tall.

And I told you to be patient,

And I told you to be fine,

And I told you to be balanced,

And I told you to be kind,

And in the morning I'll be with you,

But it will be a different kind,

'Cause I'll be holding all the tickets,

And you'll be owning all the fines.

"SHIT" Connor yelled hitting both his hands on the steering wheel. I watched as he used his foot to scoot it closer to his chair. After multiple trials and fails he finally managed to get hold of his phone. I breathed out a sigh of relief knowing the struggle he was going through.

Suddenly two bright lights were shinning through the windshield. I looked to see a car coming straight for us. Connor swerved a little but it was no use.

The last thing I remember was screaming as Connor grabbed me, after that everything went black.

** Mama Franta POV **

____ 7:00 PM _____

"Do you know if Connor left the gas station?" I questioned Nicola, as we were being seated.

"Ohhhh yeah. He texted me like 15 minutes ago that they just left the need the directions though."

"Text them the directions." Brandon said handing me my phone.

"I'll just call him. I am not as technologically advanced as you children." I grabbed the phone and typed in Connor's number and pressing the call button.

After about four rings he picked up.

"Connor?"

"SHIT."

"Connor?" All I heard was shuffling on the other end. "Connor, are you there?"

I heard a sigh then I heard something no parent should hear. I heard the screech of tires, Avery screaming and a loud crash. The line went dead. I dropped the phone.

What just happened? I took a deep breathe. The sound of glass breaking was the only noise left in my ears.

"Mom you ok?" Dustin asked shaking my arm, "mom. EARTH TO MOM!"

The room felt like it was closing on me. I got that terrible feeling that a mother gets in her stomach when she knows something is wrong with her kids. I guess you could call it a mother's intuition. My body felt like it was ten thousands pounds that i had to hold up. I couldn't take the pain coursing through my body.

** EMT POV **

____ 7:30 PM ____

We had the sirens whaling as we pulled up to the accident. Jumping out of the truck and running to go get the stretcher and defibrillator. Every thing goes in slow motion when I go to accidents like this. They keep feeding information about the accident to use.
