"...take me now" I tell Paul.

"I said no" He uses his stern voice.

"Fine don't take me and I'll just go by myself" I walk towards the tree line.

"Stop" He grabs my arm. "Get in the truck"

I rush past Sam, Jared, and Embry to get to Paul's truck. He speeds the whole way to my house. Sam had came back and told us Bella attempted to cliff jump all by herself and Jacob fished her out. We get to my street and I see a Cullen car outside. Paul had just parked when I launched out of the car.

"Hello?!" I walk in and yell.

"Wait!" I hear Paul behind me.

Alice and Bella were rushing around the house while Jacob yelled for Bella to stay.

"What's happening?" I ask.

"I have to go" Bella says as she zips up her duffle bag.

"What? Why? Alice! What's going on?"

"It's Edward, he's going to the volturi" Alice leaves the house and starts the car and Bella walks to the front door, Jacob right behind her.

"He left you Bella, he didn't want you anymore.. remember?" Jacob follows.

"No, I'm not gonna let him kill himself out of guilt"

"What about dad Bella" I chime in.

"I'm 18 I'm legally free to go and I left a note" She looks at me as she gets in the passenger seat.

"Fine" I look at Alice. "Take care of her, call me"

"Yeah" She nods and I step back where Paul is standing.

Paul and I watch from a distance while Jake tries to convince her to stay.

"Don't ever run away from me" Paul turns me around.

"I didn't"

"You keep putting yourself in dangerous situations and I can't protect you if I'm not aware" He tries to calm down.

"What are you talking about"

"You were going to go off in the woods"

"But I didn't"

"I had barely parked when you jumped out" He looks down at me. "And I know for a fact that if I didn't bring you, you would've gone into those woods! What if that leech was there? I don't care if that's your sister" He points at the car behind me. "You're my priority"

"What does that even mean!"

"That's I'm sorry but I don't give a shit what happens to anyone else but you"

"Ugh" I sigh and walk into my house, slamming the door behind me.
