".. yes he's outside" I laugh as I speak with Emily.
"Okay good" I hear her also laugh but quickly stopped. "One more thing"
"Yeah?"
"Quil is here... it seems he turned"
"A.. a-are y-you sure?" I stutter out.
"Yeah" I hear her sigh.
"Great! Haven't see the dude in months and now he's part of the pack"
"You don't have to come, no pressure.. I know you and him don't know where you stand"
"Oh no! I'll be there!" I hang up and change.

I grab Paul's jacket, my purse, and run downstairs, it was 3:50 pm and I wouldn't be back til later or maybe tomorrow.
"I'm leaving with Paul dad"
"Ok sweetheart, be careful"
"I will bye" I kiss his forehead and run out to his truck.
There he was, with a big smile for ear to ear, I huff and get in his truck and put on my seatbelt.
"When?" I turn to look at him.
"When what?" His smile drops and he starts to drive.
"Quit acting dumb"
"Last night"
"And you were going to tell me?"
"It's not really my job, or place and to be honest I don't really give a shit" He growls out.
"Fine" I cross my arms and look ahead.
"Fine" He harshly starts the music.
I roll down my window and let my hand hang as we drive to the Reservation.
