124: Time

I look out my window and to the moon. Bella was gone for three days. Dad interrogated me but he knew I had nothing to do with in, plus he was busy arranging Harry's funeral. Paul would come around at night just to make sure I was okay at home. Harry's funeral was long and sad, a lot of people showed up, I helped Leah and Seth anyways I could even if Leah didn't want me around, Sam thinks they might turn if the Cullens or Victoria keep hanging around. Bella finally came back from Italy yesterday mid-day. 

I still kept my gaze at the moon, when someone sneaks in through my window.

"Nice of you to show your face around here Casper"

"I'm sorry"

"For?" I sit up.

"What I've left you here to deal with.. I should've never left to begin with and I'm just so-"

"I forgive you" I cut him off. "Just don't leave again" I get up and we share a tight hug.

"I won't, I promise"

"... you all know what I want" Bella says as we gather in the Cullens home. "And I know how much I'm asking for.. the only thing that I can think of for it to be fair is to vote"

I look around the room and up at Rosalie as I stand next to her and Emmett.

"You don't know what you're talking about" Edward says from behind her.

"Shut up" Bella shush him. "Alice?"

"I already consider you my sister" Alice steps forward and hugs Bella. "Yes"

"Thank you" Bella and Alice hold hands.

"I vote yes" Jasper says. "It would be nice to not want to kill you all the time" He adds with a creepy smile.

"Geez" I laugh making everyone smile.

"I'm sorry" Rosalie speaks from beside me. "I'm really sorry to both of you.. for how I've acted, and I'm really grateful that you were brave enough to and save my brother but this isn't a life I would've chosen for myself" She looks slightly down and I rub her arm, she places her hand above mine before speaking again. "And I wish that there'd been someone to vote "no" for me... so, no"

"I vote" Emmett steps up. "Hell yeah" He picks up Bella and spins her around. "And we can pick a fight with these volturi some other way"

"I already consider you a part of the family" Esme smiles and nods. "Yes"

"You're my sister.. and if this" I step up and grab both her hands. "If this is the life you want.. I'll support you so I vote yes" she squeezes my hands and I step back.

Carlisle sigh and steps forward while looking at Edward.

"Why are you doing this to me?" Edward asks Carlisle. "You know what this means"

"You've chosen not to live without her which leaves me no choice.. I won't lose my son"

"..so now?" I ask him as we sit at the edge of the river.

"Life goes on?" He says in a questioning manner.

"Stop" I laugh and push him. "I'm being serious Paul"

"Give me a few months" He looks down at my hand.

"A few months is not a set date, give me a better time frame" I whine.

"That's the best I can do for now"

"Really?" I roll my eyes.

"Trust me" He rubs circles on my palm.

"Okay" I nod and look at the nature around us.
