"Who was he mom?" Aurora asked, her voice shaking with fear because he was behaving like an aggressive man who is trying to calm himself down.
Amanda sighed but didn't replied. "Tell me how you are feeling now? Do you want some water?" She asked trying to distract her from him. Amanda doesn't know the answer.
If she said that he is a stranger then it is a lie, because it is true that he is a special person to her life.
If she said he is her husband then she can get an attack because at this moment she doesn't remember and her brain is not ready to receive another shock.
Aurora's eyes remained fixed on her mother, searching for answers. "Mom, please," she urged, her voice barely above a whisper. "Who is he?"
Amanda's hands trembled as she poured water into a glass. "Let's focus on getting you better, sweetie," she said, avoiding eye contact. "You need to rest."
Aurora's gaze lingered on her mother's face, sensing her evasiveness. She felt a surge of frustration mixed with fear. Why wouldn't her mother tell her?
As Amanda handed her the glass of water, Aurora's eyes drifted back to the door, half-expecting the stranger to reappear. Her mind whirled with questions. Who was he? Why did he seem so familiar, yet so terrifying?
Amanda's voice cut through her thoughts. "Drink, sweetie. You need to stay hydrated."
Aurora took a sip, her eyes never leaving her mother's face. She knew Amanda was hiding something, and she was determined to uncover the truth.

"She forgets everything....she forgets you" Sameul declared as he chuckled but the seriousness in his eyes doesn't fade.
Victor's laughter died on his lips as Samuel's words sank in. He felt like he'd been punched in the gut, his breath knocked out of him.
"You must be kidding," Victor repeated, his voice shaking with denial. He tried to push past Samuel, to get back to Aurora's room, but Samuel's firm grip held him back.
"It's the truth, Victor," Samuel said, his voice heavy with empathy. "You can see for yourself, she doesn't remember you."
Victor's mind reeled as he processed the words. He felt numb, disbelieving, as if he was trapped in a nightmare. But as the reality of the situation began to sink in, a dull ache started to spread through his chest.
He thought of all the memories they'd shared, all the laughter, the tears, the whispers in the dead of night. And now, it was all gone. Erased from her mind like it never existed.
Victor's eyes stung as he felt the weight of his grief. He stumbled backward, his legs trembling beneath him. Samuel's grip on his arm was the only thing that kept him upright.
"How?" Victor whispered, his voice cracking with emotion. "How could she forget me?"
Suddenly an idea erupted in his mind. "I will help her to remember me" he said as a smile played on his lips. Sameul gulped seeing him slowly getting insane.
Victor's eyes sparkled with determination as he spoke, his voice filled with a mix of desperation and resolve. Samuel's grip on his arm tightened, as if trying to anchor Victor to reality.
"I'll help her remember me," Victor repeated, his smile growing wider, but his eyes taking on a manic glint. Samuel's expression turned uneasy, his eyes filled with concern.
"Victor, I don't think that's a good idea," Samuel said, his voice cautious. "We need to give her time, let her recover. Forcing her to remember could be... complicated."
