CLARA'S POV
I looked back, and Ryan was drowning for real. Panic shot through me as I hastily swam toward him, reaching out to pull him above the water. With all my strength, I dragged him to the shore and laid him on the bare sand. My hands trembled as I touched his face.
"Sir Ryan," I breathed.
What do I do? He isn't waking up.
"Why not try passing air through his mouth?" a voice suggested from behind me.
"What? I should kiss him?" I gasped. The person laughed.
I looked at Ryan, still unconscious. Well, I have no choice. I bent down, my heart already pounding in my chest.
Clara, just pass air. Even strangers do it—it's normal.
Gently, I parted his lips with mine and passed air once. But after that, I stupidly... kissed him.
Ryan's eyes opened and my eye widened in shock as I hastily pulled away.
He smirked sweetly.
"Were you really passing air?" he whispered.
I nodded, my face burning. His smirk deepened, more amused than I liked.
He tried to stand, and I quickly helped him up.
"I'm really sorry sir . I was careless, and... I almost killed you," I said
Ryan didn't reply. Instead, he suddenly pulled me into his arms. I froze.
"Thank you... for coming back," he whispered, as he moved into my arms in the sweetest hug.
A smile spread my lips as I Slowly wrapped my arms around him, holding him just as tightly.
"I would always come for you, sir... That's why I'm your friend," I said confidently.
He chuckled softly before relaxing against me like he was exhausted. My heart swelled at the warmth between us.

We finally returned to our hotel, and I spotted new clothes laid out on the bed.
As always, Ryan showered first. He showers like a woman.
I sat on the bed, waiting, and after what felt like forever, Ryan finally walked out, dressed in a white trouser, white briefs, white polo hanged on his shoulders. I swallowed nothing as my eyes scanned his perfect torso.
He held his phone to his ear, still on a call. I rushed into the dressing room.
I quickly removed my clothes and rushed in
Today, I would finally use the shower.
I stepped inside and smiled at the sight of the high showerhead. The water would fall like rain—it looked amazing.
Feeling playful, I tossed my towel into the air and caught it. I laughed, then threw it again. This time, it got stuck on the shower rod.
I clapped for myself, amused—until I realized... what would I use to dry my body? What would the cleaners think if they saw this?
I hastily tied Ryan's towel on my chest.
"Sir Ryan!" I didn't even realize I had shouted his name until he burst into the room, looking alarmed.
