The eulogy ceremony was underway, with those close to Hugo taking turns to share a few words in his honor. I sat in the second row alongside Eren, Rihanna, and Levi, who had insisted on attending despite my initial hesitation.
Each speaker brought us to tears, especially Eren's emotional tribute, which left all of us devastated. The attendees were mostly colleagues from the headquarters, people who had worked alongside Hugo.
Throughout the hours-long ceremony, I couldn't shake the feeling that Jimin's piercing gaze was fixed on me. I knew he was watching, but I didn't let it show. He had promised to be here for me, yet it didn't feel like it.
Since arriving, he'd been surrounded by his sisters, and I couldn't help but feel a growing resentment. It wasn't about them talking or being close to him; it was about yesterday. Jimin knew why I felt this way, but he didn't seem to mind. However, I did. It might sound petty, but I couldn't stand their presence right now.

I wouldn't accept anyone blaming him, not even himself. I knew firsthand how destructive self-blame could be, both mentally and physically. I'd paid a heavy price for it in the past, and I didn't want Jimin to go through the same thing.
As Eren placed a comforting hand on top of mine, I noticed everyone around us standing for a prayer. I wiped away my tears and joined in, feeling a sense of unity in our grief. The ceremony eventually came to a close, and people began to offer their condolences.

I told her as she hold Levi hand and walked out of church. Hugo, used to donate in this shelter where he had grown up and today we also decided to do donation of food and clothes for those kids.
