Quinn's POV:

Holy Goddess that is grosssss. How did it cut through him like that??? Ew. Looking around at our group, I take in everyone else's reactions. Hulu is gaping like a fish in shock, his mouth in a comical 'O' shape. Sam is whispering 'what?' Under his breath repeatedly. He's always so darn quiet, even now. Maybe we should address that once we get a moment's peace. I would have thought that under our new Alpha, he would feel safe enough to speak up from time to time as he emerged from his shell. Lexi's eyes are sparkling and wide. She looks nervous, yet pleased? She keeps smirking slightly and licking her lips, her eyes flashing red every five or ten seconds. Her arms tremble ever so slightly as she clenches her hands in fists. Dominique is having the same reaction as me, of both confusion and disgust, her little face scrunching up much like my own. Sophia is furious, her eyes blazing with her wolf on the surface. She is standing close to Ethan, who is beside me, looking queasy. He has his hand over his mouth as he turns away with his arms crossed.

Sophia rubs his arm in a comforting yet seemingly subconscious motion. I can't tell if the intended comfort of the light touch is more for her own benefit, or for his. Andrea is currently in control, her eyes bright yellow. The three of us are the only ones who witnessed everything else that was done to Fionn up to this moment, not that any of us are delusional enough to think he was undeserving of any of it. It's clear our alpha will kill him for his crimes and betrayals, but he has earned every ounce of pain she inflicts on him beforehand. I don't know if I would feel the same if I hadn't seen it all. If I hadn't seen him mock her, play dumb, spit in her face, and Alpha Timmothy's, and disrespect her friend and our Beta. I think I would have at least pitied him for the cruel manner in which he has been treated since dinner.

Unfortunately, all his behaviour since being taken in the theatre room has shown, is that he is completely remorseless of his actions. It was pretty clear that if Alpha Brown let him go/live, he would continue his hate fueled vendetta and would pose an even bigger threat to us all than he already does. But I did see it all, and I don't pity him, not even a little. Usually, I am the type who believes violence is never the answer outside of defending yourself, but I believe this is a serious exception to that rule. Alpha Brown is not only defending herself right now, in many ways, but she is also defending her pack and her Beta. Who, is a kind soft-hearted soul. Bree is lovely and has shown me nothing but kindness ever since I met him, and he is clearly loyal to Dani, and has been long before he was ever obligated to be. I think he might see her as his blood, it's quite heartwarming. I miss him...

We need to find him and soon. If what Fionn said is accurate, then Bree is injured and in a lot of pain. The image of what Hulu must have seen that night makes my heart hurt. As my hearing comes back into focus, I realize Fionn is still screaming, only now he is collapsed on the ground with tears running down his face in pain. There is a chilling scream of agony as he struggles not to drown on his own blood. I look to Alpha Brown and see her back in her formal, business-like stance, but her chest is heaving as her breath comes out in pants. She is staring at Fionn with so much hatred, her counterparts all present in her eyes, it's scary. The intensity in her eyes unnerves me deeply.

Lexi's POV:

The air is charged with tension, a palpable sense of anticipation gripping the crowd of onlookers, both pack members and curious onlookers alike. Dani's eyes blank for a moment as she converses with her counterparts, a private leadership meeting of sorts, leaving us all waiting for her next move. When she snaps back to reality, the full ass grin that envelops her face is creepy enough to send a shiver down our spines. I feel the uneasiness of the crowd grow. The members of the Rouge Prowlers pack seem shaken and confused by Alpha Timmothy's casual yet heavy display of support. He leans against the trunk of a tall maple tree just a few feet behind Dani with his arms crossed as he chomps happily on an apple. His guards stand uneasily beside him, shifting from one foot to the other as the scene unravels before them. Alpha Timmothy's demeanor is the only calm one in the crowd, and it makes me curious.

"You may think you are strong, but I will break you in ways you never thought possible if you do not cooperate and tell me where Bree is, right now. This is your last chance Fionn." Dani's voice booms through the pack link with unexpected force, Alpha Timmothy's pack flinching at the intrusion. Yeah, that takes some getting used to for sure, especially as someone that Dani should not be able to mind link with. "I'm not telling you shit. That weakling can rot in that basement for all I care. And I betrayed you, and your pathetic little pack, boo-freaking-hoo. You would do well to remember that in this world, loyalty is a luxury few can afford."

A low growl rumbles in Dani's chest, as her hands clench into fists at her sides. Everyone holds their breath, the tension thick enough to taste as Dani's rage threatens to boil over. "That aside, you are delusional if you think you are fit to rule a circus, never mind all of supernatural kind. The power you have is misplaced, it should have been mine! You are just a little girl, I am our father's oldest son, his rightful heir! But no, because of who my mother was, I have nothing. Yet, you are not even fully grown and here you are with not just one supernatural counterpart, but three, and insane power to go with them, how is that fair! What kind of witchcraft did you perform in order to steal such might?"

Goddess, if his intention is to piss her off as much as possible, he's doing a great job, Dani is practically vibrating with barely contained fury. "I didn't even take Bree that far away that night, for practical reasons of being able to get back efficiently, but also, because I knew you were too young and too stupid to find him, even if he was right under your nose, and I was the only wolf with tracking training in the pack. You won't find him, it's likely too late already. By now, my men would have heeded previous instruction to halt feeding him and begin whipping him as much as they fancied as soon as I hit the six-hour late mark. He will be a corpse by the time you get to him, but going off my own experience with the mutt, his last words or plea for mercy will likely be something stupid like "eyes up'Alpha'". He constantly muttered that gibberish, in fact it was practically all he ever said, other than screaming in agony that is." He chuckles smugly to himself. Oh no...

"You know I have to hand it to you, I don't now how you got such a pathetic mutt to be so intensely loyal to you, even to the death." Dani's usually composed demeanor is a mask for the primal rage that is simmering just beneath the surface, her eyes ablaze. As she faces Fionn, something in her expression makes his smug expression falter, a glint of fear betraying his bravado. Shit..
