Yn took a quiet stroll outside, breathing in the fresh air as she walked beneath the tall, green trees, letting the calm settle her mind.

Jungkook had left a little while earlier, his phone buzzing with calls and work pulling him away.

Just then, Seo Jun stepped out of the cafeteria, two cups of coffee in hand. He scanned the area, looking for Yn—but she was nowhere to be seen.

“Where did she go?” he murmured, a crease of worry forming on his brow. He made his way downstairs, searching.

As he reached a window, he spotted her outside, walking alone and deep in thought.

With a sigh of relief, he headed out to her.

“Yn!” he called gently. She paused and turned.

“Oh, Uncle Seo Jun. What happened?” she asked as he approached and offered her a cup of coffee.

“Let’s go inside. There’s something I need to talk to you about,” he said.

Her brows furrowed. “Talk? Is everything okay? Did the doctor say something? Is Appa alright?”

He placed a reassuring hand on her back, his tone calm. “Relax. He’s fine. Everything's okay. Just come with me for now.

Seo Jun led her inside, and Yn followed quietly, still puzzled by his sudden seriousness. They climbed the stairs and entered a room.

He switched on the lights and gestured for her to take a seat while he moved toward the cabinets, rifling through them until he found what he was looking for.

Retrieving a set of files, he walked over and sat down across from her, placing them gently on the table.

Yn's confusion only deepened. Her brows drew together as she looked at him, searching his face for answers.

"These are some documents... your father gave them to me to pass on to you," he said, his words making her heart race.

“What kind of documents? And why would he ask you to give them to me?” she asked, her voice laced with uncertainty.

“They're your property files. And the rest of the assets. Sungmin has transferred everything to your name,” he explained calmly. “From now on, you’ll be the one managing them.”

Yn stared at him, stunned into silence.

“Before you say anything,” he continued gently, “just hear me out. He found out… everything. While you were gone, a lot happened.

Things he never imagined came to light. He never shared all the details with me, but what I do know is—he’s seen the truth. He knows now.

He had a serious argument with Sophia,” Seo Jun said quietly, his voice heavy with meaning. “Since then, he’s gone completely silent. He called his lawyer, sorted through the paperwork himself.

He’s carrying a lot of guilt, Yn… Regrets that maybe neither of us can fully understand.”

He paused, watching her carefully. “I know how deeply you love your father. And right now, more than anything, he needs you.

He’ll be okay—I believe he will. But you need to stay strong. Be sharper, more aware. You can’t afford to let your guard down, especially not now.

That woman has already caused enough damage. If you stay in this vulnerable state, she’ll use it to her advantage. And we can’t let that happen.”

He sighed, a hint of sorrow in his eyes. “Whatever pressure Sungmin is under… it stems from the mistakes he’s made; whether knowingly or not.
