Chapter 8

Jen's POV

There's something different about Beau these days.. I can't tell what it is but since a few days he has this sparkling smile on his face..

I asked once but he said he is just happy to have me and then he kissed me passionately. Maybe a little bit TOO passionately..

Once, I even got this feeling that he's seeing someone else.. Because he's looking at his phone all the time and then he smiles. But when I'm standing close to him, he never checks his phone. Its like he hides something from me.

But maybe I'm just trying to find a reason to get angry with him just because I miss Harry.

Did I just think that? Yes.. I miss him. I miss Harry. I miss the weird, brown haired, blue eyed, mysterious, kind of strange, but absolutely sexy hell of a man.

I miss his smell.. He smelled so good! I miss his looks, his pervert way of communicating. At first, I hated it and it made me wanna throw up.. But now that its not here anymore.. I miss it.

I miss the signs he made as I was kissing or hugging Beau. The sex signs. Its weird that someone can possibly love that but I did.

So maybe that's why I want to find a reason to split with Beau so I can find him. Find Harry.

Beau's POV

I make the last candle light up as I hear Jennifer entering the house. She shuts the door and walks into the kitchen. When she sees the table being all romantic she starts smiling.

"Wow what's all this about bear??" She asks as she wraps her arms around my shoulders and kisses me.

"I wanted to surprise you and tell you how much I love you lil bear." I kiss her and lay my arms around her hips.

"But back off now woman because you're almost letting the food burn!" I wink at her. "Hey I am not doing anything!" She giggles. She's so cute.

"Yeah you are! You are distracting me of my cooking with your beautiful body in my kitchen! Go sit down and tell me about how your day was."

"Well okay then man I will sit down and tell you. My day was... Nice. Normal day at work and everything went as usual. And how was your day baby?"

"My day was awesome. And today my boss brought me exciting news I'm going to tell you later this evening."

"Ohhh great Beau! Now I'm curious! Can't you just tell me right away? This is mean! If you have something to celebrate, let me celebrate it with you!"

"Nope nope, easy lil bear, I am going to tell you. That's certain. Just be patient. Now let's enjoy the food I prepared."

I serve the food on the table and it smells delicious.. Maybe that's a little bit arrogant to say about your own food but it's just how I feel right now. Hungry.

Jen's POV

Beau prepared this super romantic and cute dinner for me. I'm astonished by his cookings because it's by far the most delicious thing he has ever made!

I'm so curious tho.. Curious to what his big news is..

"Sooo are you ever gonna tell me or not??" I ask him cause I can't hold back my curiosity any longer.

"Okay I think I've let you wait long enough now. See the thing is.. I got promotion!! And my first job as my new function is to attend a meeting with guys with the same function as me. That meeting will be in LA."
"What?! Wow Beau! I'm soooo proud of you!! I knew you could do it! Honey that's amazing!"

"I know right! We will have more money and maybe one day we can buy ourselves a bigger house and even start thinking about having kids.."

"Beau are you serious? I would love to have kids! You know I've always wanted twins..." I smile and my eyes tear up a bit by the idea of starting a family.

Beau smiles too and holds my hands. But when I say 'twins' his look suddenly gets more serious. "What...? You don't want twins??" I would be disappointed if he wouldn't want twins.. Luckily his answer is what I love to hear most.

"Yeah.. yeah baby I do! Twins... That would be absolutely awesome. I would love to become daddy of two cute, tiny, beautiful human beings." 

I couldn't be more satisfied with his answer. His eyes light up when he talks about having kids. About being called "daddy". He is full of love!

I really hope we will have a baby soon. I'm ready to be a mommy and Beau seems more than ready to be a daddy. Its like he already has a daddy feeling. Its weird but I can feel it. And I love it.
