Chapter 1

Beau's POV

I woke up and felt an arm around my waist and a head on my shoulder. I look down to see the head. I see two incredibly beautiful brown eyes staring at me.

"Hey." Jennifer smiles at me. "Hey lil bear, have you been staring at me like this the entire night or what??" I ask her while I stroke her arm.

"Naaaahhh I've been sleeping too!" She laughs. "Last night was so much fun!" I tell her when I pull her into a hug. "I know.. I loved every minute of it! I love you." She kisses me on my lips.

"Let's have breakfast in our favorite café." I propose. "That sounds delicious! Perfect!" I'm glad she likes the idea.

Jen's POV

We order our food and talk about all kinds of stuff. I'm so excited for Beau and mine 3-year-anniversary in a few days!! We planned some very romantic stuff to do! A boat tour, music, dancing in the moonlight with candles, and a plane flight over New York! In the darkness.. So we will be able to see all the magical city lights!

While I'm dreaming, I suddenly see a man is staring at me. He has a creepy look on his face. Shit! That scared the hell out of me! I quikly look away and try not to look at him again.. but in a few seconds my eyes automatically drift towards him. I take another quick glampse of him. It's pretty scary, but he has beautiful light blue eyes tho... He looks at me again and smiles. I smile back.

Then the waiter comes with our orders. Beau and I thank the waiter and when he's gone, I look again towards the srange man.. But suddenly he's gone. Hmm weird.

"Honey.. Are you even listening??" Beau askes and snaps his fingers in front of my eyes. Shit! "Uhm.. I'm sorry, I was.. Thinking. What were you saying??"
"Oh I was planning a vacation for this summer holidays.. Where would you like to go?"

"Awesome baby! Uhm I have NO idea.. You know there are so many places I still want to go to. Maybe Peru.. Or uhm, India? Nepal? Norway!"

"Wow, easy honey!" Beau laughs "We can't make it a world tour!" he winks at me and holds my hand. "I'm so happy with you, Beau."
"Awh, lil bear! I am so happy that I'm the one that can make you happy! It makes me happy to see you happy. I love you so, so, so much!" he leans forward over the table to kiss me.

Accidentally he hits his glass of orange juice and it's all over the table!! "Omg!!" he looks at me with those super adorable innocent-scared-puppy eyes!! It's sooo freaking cute but funny at the same time. I start to laugh and tears stream down my face of laughter.

"Hahahaha Beau!!! This only happens to you!!" I can hardly breathe between my laughs. "Don't you make fun of me!!" But he laughs out loud too. The waiter comes and looks annoyed. We quickly pay the check and go outside. Still laughing about what happened.

Beau's POV

I'm happy that wasn't our first date! Goshh hahahaha! Awkwaaard xD But glad I made her laugh ;)
"Soo shall I drive you to work now?"
"Oh yeah that'd be awesome!"
"Well, let's get in the car then!"
"Thankyou so much babyy!"

I just brought Jen to her work. Now I'm on my way to my own work. I'm working as a cop on the NYPD. I work with the worst criminals in town! Today is gonna be a long day since we are looking for 2 guys that killed a maffia guy. They are very clever and it's gonna be very hard.

Hope I will be having time left tonight to buy a present for Jen. Our 3-year-anniversary is in 2 days and I still haven't bought anything yet. She's the perfect girl! And perfect girls deserve perfect presents, but it's so hard to find something perfect...
