What is the dark?
The dark is a sea
A sea of black
That engulfs you
It brings out fears
Because you don't see anything
Lurking in the darkness
Is whatever you think of
Imagination is real
Until you realize it's fake
The dark is a black stallion at night
It chases you into the light
The light is the opposer
The light is the "good" force
But the dark isn't bad either
You just can't see in it
That doesn't mean something
It's hiding and waiting for you
The darkness is whatever you make it
Scary or a part of science
Look at the dark
In a positive way
Don't think of it as an evil force
Think of it as a dark shade of light

This poem was a poem I wrote when I was up late in my house, and I was scared because of a video. I wrote this to help.
I hope it helps you if you don't like the dark, because I sure am not a fan of it :(
