76. Ken 10 VS Agent Lula!

XLR8 and Lula race around the training hall, occasionally colliding into each other as their classmates watch on.

"Whoa, they're equally matched!" Denki commented. "I can hardly see them!"

"In terms of speed, they're equal. I've never seen anyone match Ken's XLR8 except for Ben 10,000 himself!" Izuku added.

"They're speed is not equal." Ben pointed out to Izuku. "XLR8 is the faster alien when compared to Lula and Fasttrack. But that doesn't mean Kenny should ease up on her. Lula has her own fare share of surprises."

"You talk about her as if you personally know Lula." said Aizawa as he glanced sideways at Ben. 

"I do." Ben replied as he continued to watch the battle.

...

"Hey, not too bad! Magister Tennyson taught you well!" Lula said to XLR8 as the two raced around in circles, her body emitting a trail of purple lightning.

[A/N: I'm changing up Lula and Fasttrack's powers, to be specific, I'm adding on to them because I don't want their species to be just a copy of XLR8. Hence, Lula and Fasttrack will take heavy inspiration from The Flash in terms of their powers.]

"Thanks! You're pretty good yourself!" XLR8 grunted as he spun and struck Lula across the face with his tail, finally landing a clean hit and sending her crashing along the ground. "Yes! Finally got a hit in!"

"Okay...! Ya got me there...!" Lula said as she rubbed the side of her face. "You're fast...Faster than me...But can you do...THIS!!"

Lula suddenly runs away from XLR8.

"If you mean running, then I sure as hell can!" XLR8 yelled as he chased after her.

The electricity around Lula's body begins to cackle wildly as she tries her utmost to outpace XLR8 who manages to catch up to her in no time.

"Come on...Faster...!" Lula grunted as she increased her running speed, passing XLR8 and making a sharp turn to the left, to avoid hitting the wall in front of her.

"What is she doing?"  XLR8 pondered as he raced to catch up with Lula.

As XLR8 once again caught up with Lula, the latter punches him in the gut, knocking XLR8 off balance.

"OW!" yelled XLR8.

This allows Lula to once again outpace XLR8. Lula then comes to halt a few yards away from XLR8, the electricity around her body now dancing madly.

"What is she up to?" Momo asked.

"It looks like Lula's overcharged!" Denki pointed out. 

"That seems harmful! Lula looks like she's in pain!" Tenya pointed out, observing the strained expression on Lula's face.

"Don't worry, she's fine." Ben assured with a smirk on his face.

"I don't think I can watch her in so much pain!" Mina exclaimed as she covered her eyes with her hands.

"Don't turn away now, kid! This is the best part!" Ben said to Mina, causing the pink skinned girl to pay attention to the fight once more.

"It's time! Special Move...!" Lula announced as she ran back towards XLR8. "LILAC STORM!!"

Lula stops a few paces before XLR8 and stretches out her arms, pointing them at XLR8. The light travels along her arms and is released at XLR8, who takes the attack head on and gets sent crashing into the wall behind him.

"Woah! I've never seen a move like that!" Kirishima exclaimed in awe.

"Nor have I...!" Tenya added.

"Same here...! It's so cool!" Izuku added. "I think I know how that move works! While Lula runs her body releases small amounts of electricity. While running at incredibly high speeds, I'm sure that she builds up high amounts of charge in her body. She then uses the momentum gained from running to release the built up charge when she comes to an abrupt stop and uses her arms or specifically her hands, as exit points!"
